We bring our rescued girl here for nail trimming. Mac is the only person my girl wags her tail to see outside of our household :) She’s scared of everything and going anywhere except here. He’s so good with her and patient and talks to her to keep her comfortable. Totally recommend.

He let my dog fall off the table while he was distracted and she was dangling on a chain attached to table by her neck. I will never trust him with my baby girl again.

Mac did an awesome job with my dog Scruffy who had some matted fur. I was very pleased with the result. I especially love how gentle Mac was with Scruffy and calling him baby.

Mac did a great job with my dog. He does not have good people skills. Friendly to me but I had my teenage daughter take the dog in for grooming. He was mad because she arrived early. Guess I am not the only one to experience this. I never went back.

Mac always did a pretty good job. It was expensive,always expected to tip. He had like 3 no call no-shows to us. Might be because i am an older white Alpha male. Not really his target clientele.

I am so thankful to have found Mac. I brought my traumatized shelter adoptee here for a nail trim and he was so good with her.Shes terrified to be places that smell like a lot of dogs (understandably) but he seemed to make her immediately feel safe and we were in and out in no time.So grateful for his patience and the way he talked to and treated her gently. I haven’t seen anything even close to his manner from any other groomer, or even vet, I’ve ever been to.

Took my elderly Shar Pei mix (who sometimes has an attitude) for his first groom with Mac's, and it went well. Prices are very good and service was excellent. Thank you very much for taking care of Shiro. Hopefully he continues to behave for you in the future because we will be back, hahah.

Mac is great with our pups nail clipping and grinding. We have a 60 pound old lady with bad hips and he does such a good job with her. Our other pup is a crazy little monster and he handles him with ease... thank you Mac!

Best groomer I've ever taken my 9yr old mixed breed to. Extremely friendly, fair prices and my grumpy old doggy was happy and ready to play when I picked him up, when he's normally overwhelmed and tired. And I only had to leave him for about an hour and a half when most other places usually kept my fur baby for almost the whole day!

I’ve had a few places that wouldn’t take my dog because of his severe anxiety being groomed. Mac is by far the best. Not only did he take my dog but he handles him so well with no issues. My dog has never looked better. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone.

Tried this pet salon for the first time and was thrilled with the result. My dog was groomed exactly as I requested and he was happy when I picked him up. He usually is not a big fan of being groomed. Cute, cute puppy cut!

My dog was bleeding upon inspection after pickup his nails were cut WAY too short and he was bleeding from all 4 paws. I’ve never had this happen at any other groomers before including chain places such as petsmart and i’m disappointed that this happened.

Mac is a very friendly guy and good with my animals. Knows what he is doing and get the jobs done in a timely manor. I recommend him for any pet grooming.

I took all 3 of my dogs to Mac's. I was afraid to take one of them to a groomer because he was abused as a puppy and he reacts bad to most men. I took a chance and set him up with Mac. All three of my dogs looked great after he was finished with them and the one dog had no issues with him. He let him bathe him, dry him (he wasn't much for the dryer part from what I was told) and cut his nails without biting him. I will definitely refer pet parents to this salon. For my dogs there is nowhere else. Thank you Mac!

Newer to the area and my google search more than paid off. Super nice staff, my puppy looks and smells great, even her nails and she is very sensitive with her paws. Highly recommended- we will be returning!!

Tomorrow is my daisy maes first appointment for nails n bath , so far he was very nice and helpful so polite ,I am scared she my baby and a service dog in training , but i feel confidant with them . and the price quote was great , so far 5 stars and my babys Regular groomer

I went with my friend to drop off and pick up her dog. It was a reasonable price and her dog Buddy looked very well groomed. He even seemed to really like the ones who took care of him. A win win situation.

Great quality work on my dog good prices but, he wasn’t very friendly.. he was super nice to everyone else but just outright rude to me. It’s Springfield after all can’t expect too much..EDITfunny how he doesn’t respond to my review but does everyone else’s.

Took my dog there to get toenails cut, the guy about strangled my dog and was rude to me. Had to leave and don't recommend anyone that cares about their animal go there.

My mom has been going to there for a couple years but today she brought her dog to be groomed like always when she showed up to get her dog it was completely shaved not only is that not what she asked for but now a cold front is coming in tonight and her dog is use to having fer to keep her worm she looks like a different breed of dog its not professional to do this to a dog with out permitting it she will not be bringing her dog back there this place is not recommended there lazy and took an easy way out
