I feel bad for the cashiers. Only 2 lines open, 1 bagger. People lined up back into the aisles. They were asking for help and not getting it. I bagged my own cart full of groceries.

This store is entirely incompetent and unwilling to do anything to make things right for their customers. THREE TIMES IN A ROW now I have had issues with their pickup. The first time, an employee gave our $300 order to the wrong car. When I told the employee, he yelled “FUCK!” at the top of his lungs. Then I had to wait 2 more hours while they picked a new order, which after I got home, found I was still missing 8 items.The second time I drive all the way there for another order. After getting there, they tell me that it’s going to be another couple hours. So I wait again. Once I get home, still missing 3 items.Most recent time, we schedule a pickup for tonight. This time they called at least, but told me the order will not be ready until tomorrow.When I asked to speak to a manager, they put me on hold and the phone cut out after 20 minutes on hold. I spent the next 30 minutes trying to get someone to pick up the phone and was finally able to get a hold of the General Manager, Kayla.Kayla was unapologetic and flat out rude. She blamed corporate for their procedures and failures at the store. She also didn’t even ask for a description of the employee who screamed profanity with my son in the back seat. She said “I can’t clone people and force them to work.” No kidding. Never once did I even suggest such a ridiculous thing. I have a business degree and have worked in a corporate environment for years in management positions and know for a fact she is just blowing smoke.Will not be going back. Even when we do get our orders, half the produce is almost expired anyway.

Went 10 minutes before they closed and security guard wouldn’t let me in. I was going for 1 item! Called and spoke to Brooke who said she was customer service manager. She said they stop letting people in a few minutes before they close because they have to leave at 10….if that’s the case then you need to change your posted hours! I would not have wasted my time going there in the first place! Completely unacceptable! This is a terrible Kroger!!! Will be contacting corporate!!!

They’re always missing specific items that I check for multiple times a week. There’s never rotisserie chicken. It doesn’t matter if I go in at 8am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm, etc.

I have used the app to purchase pick up orders. Every time I have received expired and marked down products and charged full price. I received two month old yogurt, expired lunch meat among other clearly expired food. When you call to get it taken care of you are then directed to call another number to get your money back. I have spoke with them each time. They are obviously pushing expired food out the door through the pick up orders. I could understand a mistake. However to have this happen every order and they know this is an issue tells me it’s a way to move expired product. This concerns me as many elderly and handicapped individuals use this service and they will receive expired food and be unable to go through the hurdles to get it fixed.I have used multiple stores pick up and this is the only place who gives expired products EVERY time.Update. I went into the store and spoke with the staff at the customer service desk. This was not the directions I was given when I called in. However they were excellent and fixed the problem immediately. I appreciate that and their professionalism. Hopefully they can address the problems with the curbside pickup. Again the staff in the store was excellent and they corrected the issue completely opposite of what I was told over the phone from the curbside pickup staff.

Nice store after the recent renovation. The parking lot could be larger than it is. Several spaces closer to the store were taken to make it easier for the pickup shoppers. I go there quite often during busy hours and I have seen only 1 car in this area.

Poor customer service basically called me a liar. When I said I wouldn't be back she flippantly said "OK". Major issues with app. Kicks me out frequently have to reenter/change sign in. Can't get app today just flashes. Done with Kroger. Meijer new go to store so much easier w/MPerks. Sorry bye bye 😔

Only 1 cashier who was drowning with a line about 5 carts long. There were 3 or 4 associates over behind the service desk laughing and joking around. Then somebody came over to try to take the bagger to go do something else. The cashier and bagger did a great job and were very efficient. I feel that it wasn't very good customer service by not coming over to help get the line down. It also is bad management by allowing a fellow associate to get stressed out like that.

Store is always clean and well stocked. Recently remodeled. A large variety of items in the store not just groceries. Prices are slightly higher than other stores, but it is always quality products. They always have plenty of lines open with cashiers and baggers. Also if you need a prescription they have a Pharmacy in store.

I was just at your Derr Road Kroger’s needing balloons for a baby shower. Maxwell and James came over to help me and were very friendly and helpful. You have two great workers and I appreciate them for their kindness and helpfulness.

This store was filthy . One long line . I didn’t realize how fast it’s gone down hill since this visit .,Sad to say My business will be back to bechtal . Needs a big update or a new store . Reminds me of a dirty Iga . Prices are ridiculous . Don’t even have a shelf for candy . It was in the middle of a lane . I won’t go there . Looks so dirty and old . We n rd a new Kroger in Springfield , ohio. On bechtal would be great .

The bakery and deli look phenomenal after the renodel! They have sushi now, and even when I went there at 5PM their donut, bagel, cake, and pie displays were fully stocked! The sushi was great! They have poke bowls and regular sushi and large sushi trays for parties. Fantastic remodel!

Currently undergoing a complete remodel on the inside. The store is starting to come together and once the remodel is complete I think this will once again be the best Kroger in town. The staff is very friendly, the selection is always the best but the customer service makes this Kroger's worth going to. Will update with pictures and comments once remodel is complete.

Awful! I waited in line for 10 minutes she was the only cashier open and was also bagging. I wish that they would treat the in store customers like they do for the people who pick up their groceries! The people filling the orders were rude! One was right in the middle of the isle and I said excuse me can I get through? She just gave me a look that would kill and didn't move.

The pharmacy at Kroger on Derr Rd is the absolute worst. I put off picking up my scripts, sometimes going without due to the dreaded line wrapped around the store. I called to speak to someone on several occasions, but the phone rings and rings. I was told when calling the main number.”They only have i tech and 1 pharmacist.EVERY month when I call in my prescription they say, “We don’t have a prescription.” When the doctor calls, they ironically find it. Terrible customer service.

Always clean & stocked. Friendly staff & quick self-checkout. Never really had any issues here. It's a middle of the road grocery that carries middle of the road groceries. No Organic Kale here, but they do carry most of your necessities & some Health & Beauty items. It does the job if you are close by. Nothing too bad, but nothing too great!

Don’t apply here. You’ll get hired on the spot and then they’ll decide they don’t need you, after being left hanging for over a month. Would’ve been great to know sooner that I wasn’t actually considered for any positions in the store, and actually get a call about it from the hiring manager than be given the run around for such a long span of time. I turned down other positions with stores because of the fact I was hired during my interview. Don’t let Kroger Derr Rd. end up doing this you too.

This place never seems to have anything in stock that is on your list.THEY ARE PRICE GOUGING TOO. Walmart has organic mushrooms for 2.98 per 8oz, baby bellas.I WILL NEVER PAY 8 DOLLARS FOR 16 OZ OF ORGANIC MUSHROOMS. YOUR COMPANY IS CRAZY.

Thank you for the pick up option......, but in this day and age got NEED more parking spaces for this service. 6 isn't even close! Lines just to get in a spot and cars running into each other. High school workers almost getting hit and then getting major attitude from disgruntled shoppers. I could go on, but this issues need to be fixed ASAP. Employee and public safety should be number one.

I've been going here for years. Friendly staff, great vegan and organic options, good deals. Only negative thing I can think of is that the items in the nature's market and in the frozen meatless section are often thrown around and difficult to find because of disorganization, not sure if staff is doing it or customers. Overall, it's not a big deal and I still love this store

I think the remodeling is great but only having 5 actual registers is very stupid. When I have a carload of groceries its impossible to use us can so they need to keep more actual cash registers also I dont want to scan and bag my own groceries.

One cashier....the day before Easter. No, Kroger I am not scanning my whole 300.00 order on your way too small scanners. The store is dark and depressing. The set up is weird. Wasted space on a coffee and sushi bar. Less product, but more brands. If you haven't figured out what people after buying by now, you never will. I myself do not like the new store. I seriously would have thought you would upgrade S Limestone, but looks like that ain't happening. That's pretty messed up. Don't ask me every time I leave your store to rate you.. coz this is what you'll get.

Very bad experience today, went through self checkout 3pound ground chuck rang up wrong lady told me the sale expired last Tuesday but the sign was still up on Thursday. When she finally realized that I was right she tried to take it off but it added it on .When I showed that my total went up she very rudely scanned all my grocery atanother checkout. I asked about scan right or its free she rudely walked away from me. I'll never shoppers hare again don't advertise scan right or its free up to five dollars when you don't honor it

This Kroger is getting a face lift! I can't wait to see it. I always find just what I'm looking for at this particular Kroger. Great selection of healthy items too. There are always checkouts available during the peak times and the cashiers are always friendly.

It would have been 5 stars but due to construction, I gave it a 4...as always though, the associates and cashiers were very helpful!!! I really like shopping at Kroger's...the shelves needed restocked also, but that was due to people pannicking because of the weather...overall experience-great!!!!

This Kroger was VERY dirty and it stinks. They also stopped me and NO ONE else to check my receipt. If they had stopped other people too, it would be no big deal but it was just me. I wouldn't recommend going to this Kroger even for a bottle of water.

I shop here several times a week. I am always treated with respect. I am typically greeted and asked if I have found everything while shopping. When a problem occurs it is dealt with quickly and efficiently. I have no desire to shop elsewhere
