I enjoy going to this store, and they are good about bringing out new stuff often. The reason I'm really writing this review though is regarding a man named Mikey who works here, or at least did at one point as a cashier. Seriously, if he is still employed there and you're looking at giving raises, he gave me a fantastic checkout experience and should be on your list of people to give a raise!

I've been to this location before. It's a cute place. You've got some good deals, like a set of nail polish for five dollars. They also have single bottles of nail polish for five dollars. You can get cheap retro candy in many varieties, or you can pay $1.79 for one candy bar. It's actually very weird and inconsistent.My last visit really sucked. It was during the Christmas rush and it was pretty busy in there. We stood in line behind about six people and got to the checkout where we asked the cashier about the availability of a board game. He said he wasn't sure, pointed us in the general direction and told us he would hold onto our items while we looked. With no help from a second employee, we never found the game we were looking for.We got back in line again behind five or six people, and when we finally reached checkout, we were told he no longer knew where our held items were.We had to go back into the store and try to remember the things we had brought to the checkout the first time. After doing so we had to stand in line for a third time behind at least another six people.Not a good experience. Definitely no helpful employees in sight.

This is such an up and coming business. These Five and Below stires are popping up everywhere. I have to admit - I was sort of expecting a four dollar upgrade from places such as Family Dollar. Honestly I was thinking stuff that was barely better than the items one would find at a Family Dollar or Dollar General.Went to the Springfield Ohio location today to have a look around and ended up buying most of the items our kids needed for starting school this year. This place is very trendy on the inside and is a very clean store. Employees were nice items that we bought and even just browsing around. The shelves where neatly stocked with none of the nightmare found at other places where peoe justbthrow things everywhere. Lots of cool items.

Stopped in to get a birthday present the other day. The store had a good variety of stuff, especially for kids. We were able to find something fun for the young family member we were shopping for. Some of the aisles were a mess & had things all over. We only encountered one worker at the front & she was friendly.

A lot of stuff for teens and college kids. Great place to find ear buds for a good price. Also a great place to get candy. They now have exercise equipment. Pretty neat store to kill some time. I also like to craft kits they have for kids, they make great gifts without breaking the bank.

Excellent place to get cheap stuff but don't expect it to last. Last summer we bought all of our summer/pool toys there. Got everything for less than $35. But most of it fell apart not long after use. If you're on a budget or need a cheap/quick gift for someone it's perfect. If you want anything of any kind of quality you're not going to find it here. Also a great place to get movie candy.

The place is a madhouse and I usually spend as much, if not more, than I do at Walmart. If you like mazes though you will love figuring out which aisle leads to the checkout line.... NOT!!

Lots of cute, cheap stuff. My daughter loves it and I got some adorable fun printed tees ($5, so not a long term commitment). Also, super cheap charging cables and headphones...

I use to love five below they have a pretty good selection, but I didn't know that they sold items for over five dollars, that really blew my mind. They have iphone chargers for a decent price

It's a pretty nice store to shop at. The only thing I didn't like. Was the fact that when I went to checkout. Is that I had to stand there for awhile along with 2 other ladies. Which I didn't understand because there seem to be plenty of employees. So this is why I can only give them 4 stars. No one should have to stand in line to wait for someone to come and check them out. We could of easily walked out with the items.

It's hard to figure out prices, and a lot of the inventory is the most useless junk imaginable. Yet it's fun to shop here because you never know what useless thing you'll find that you simply must have.Especially throwback candy.

I love this store and the atmosphere. I'm like a little kid in this retail store.Itsfun to shop here and the selections are great. The staff is friendly and helpful plus the other customers are friendly. Give this store a try and you won't regret it.😎👈😊👍
