I used to love fents but lately they seem to make up whatever they want regarding the sizes and prices. Yesterday I was given a small when I ordered a large. I told the workers I had just come through the day prior and ordered a small and it was the same exact size. They advised me it was a large in a small cup. I explained I don’t understand how they can fit a “large” into a small cup and how it was the same exact amount I got when I ordered a small. I understand that they hire kids to work there but they should at least know what they’re talking about. The prices are also different every time I go there even though I always order the same thing, pineapple dole whip. Sad I won’t be going back, especially considering I love right down the street and have gone there for years.

Apparently if you want to order something like a cream slush , you have to tell them you don't want it looking like a milk shake(not the way it is supposed to be) and not the way I wanted it. They told me that that couldn't replace it. Ok Won't be coming back anymore Not the first time they have acted like this . CHEAP!!! Run your business better and stop running people off. No wonder the parking lot was so empty

Fent’s is great!!! A+ for everything. 2022 is their 50th year of business!Great ice cream options! You will not be disappointed!!!I love their pizza too! Fent’s has many food options.It is four minutes from the local youth soccer fields. Our team stops every year after our game versus Northwestern.

Clean building, staff is hit or miss when it comes to customer service (expected when they only employ teens and the elderly, both of which have attitude problems 90% of the time), ice cream is good but the food… be prepared to WAIT… especially in the drive thru! Some days you get six fried pickles in an order, other days you get three. I’ve found the food portions to be pretty inconsistent, which is disappointing. Chicken poppers small, got three. One of which was literally all breading, no chicken inside. There was no line, inside or out, and we waited 17 minutes for two fryer items. One of which were… WELL done… Not the worst or best place, 2/5 stars. Looks like someone below in another review had the SAME EXACT issue I did. Go figure. AND not to mention… I had to CALL sitting in the drive thru to get someone’s attention to ask how much longer it would be. Just to have my food basically thrown out the window at me by some 60+ year old woman. Ridiculous.

First time stopping in and loved it! My wife had the peanut butter cup sunday in the waffle cone bowl and I had a hot fudge sunday & brownie in a waffle cone bowl. Both were awesome. Friendly, helpful service - we'll certainly be back from time to time!

My family loves Fent’s!! Whenever we are in town visiting family, we always make sure to stop and grab some pizza and ice cream. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Customer service not good. I got my Coney and fries and soon after sitting down realized there were no condiments on my tray or anywhere to be found, so I went back up to counter. I stood and watched a girl make a couple shakes or whatever and she came over right in front of me a couple times then walked right back over and made another one. Meanwhile an older lady with a headset on waited off to the left. After several minutes, exasperated, I finally just yelled out "Could anyone please get me some ketchup and salt? The older lady walked over and reached under the counter and pulled some out, didnt smile, or apologize, or anything. Someone working in the back saw me through the window as well. No one ever bothered to say, Someone will be with you shortly or Can I help you?. If I would have been acknowledged, They could have grabbed the condiments in seconds. Meanwhile, of course my food was getting cold and husband was eating by himself. Since customer service is not a priority why don't you put condiments where people can get them for themselves?

My family absolutely loves their food and ice cream!!! My teen daughter really likes their chicken wraps... I enjoy their big fishtail sandwich.. and my fiance can't get enough of their ice cream sundaes!! However, I would love to see some improvement when it comes to my order. It never fails... out of 10 times going thru the drive thru.. at least 3 or 4 visits, when i get home indiscover that my order is missing something. It is usually something small.. like a side item.. however, when I pay for my order at the first window, the cashier 100% always asks if I want to tip.. i tell them, im not sure if ya'll are going to do a good job today or not.. if the last time went great w no issues, sure, ill tip.. but if the last time had issues, then no im not tipping. A few months ago, when I went thru, I tipped a $50 bill... well, get home and sad but true, two things missing from order.. also, they had the wrong flavor of ice cream than what I asked for. So, as much as I try to support local.. i rarely have the desire to visit here lately. It's unfortunate.

Usually love this place for all the yummy treats (even in spite of the slow drive thru service). Today unfortunately, we got a couple of Cyclones and found out there was a few surprises inside. Somehow there was multiple pieces of styrofoam mixed in with the ice cream. That's not cool and my husband was not able to finish his. Don't know that he will even want to return now either! 😬

They were very busy shortly after opening. It was our first time there, so I was unsure where lines started and ended. I got the drinks after the food and then each ice cream cone one by one. Overall the food and ice cream was good, the kids loved it and the staff was working hard during a busy time. I will return!

Great, local ice cream joint! Sometimes the consistency is hit and miss on the products, but they also employ lots of high school students who are learning. Cheaper and just as good of soft serve as Dairy Queen.

Fantastic! The hot dogs are perfect with coney sauce and you can add shredded cheese for $0.60 also tried the caramel apple blitz (I think it was called) and that was super good!! My partner got a tenderloin and he loved it. The crispy fries are good too!

Amazing service. Always so yummy! Found this place looking for an ice cream place that served blue goo swirl because my hometown did and I wanted my kids to try. This is now our favorite ice cream spot! We love to eat ice cream while we wait on our pizza.

It was okay! I'm mostly not pleased with little kids working there that need to learn some life skills and manners. They need to realize when a customer comes in that customer is keeping them in business. The kid taking our order got impatient taking the order you could tell in her tone. Then it was 25 mins just to get the food! I understand it's cooked fresh etc. Maybe some manners and letting us know a estimated time it's going to be out would be helpful! We been here a few times in the past and it was fine. I should of read the other reviews recently!

38 min in the drive thru line for 2 cream slushes. And they get the order wrong. Maybe cut back on your 100 item menu and your employees can focus. And they were refusing to make new drinks because I took a drink of mine. Uhhh hello that's how I knew it was wrong. 50 minutes total wait for 2 drinks 🤬

We got 2 things of ice cream and we got one and then pulled to the second window and waited for literally 35 mins and called once no one answered, asked an employee that came up to the window she said hold on then 10 mins later no one, then we called again they answered and said hold on and then hung up. they finally came to the window we told them, then 15 mins later they brought us it but it was wrong. they let us keep it though. Then finally we got the right one honestly should've gotten our money back

Had to tell them twice for a pint of chocolate ice cream with Oreo. here it is 3 in the morning they're not open. opened up the ice cream of course it's vanilla!!! Please stop using the excuse that their trainees this was the manager that took my order. You really need to get it together... Love the food but for the price andthe amount of mess ups that you guys are doing just easier to go down the road!!!

Love the cyclone ice creams. The prices are great. Friendly service, sometimes it takes a little longer but that’s because it’s made fresh.
