The North Limestone location in Springfield Ohio desperately need their air conditioning system fixed!!!! The employees are the real MVP’s for having to endure the heat daily since their system failed. Their saying the company will not fix it. That is unacceptable!! Do better for your employees! They deserve it!

Store AC is not working and hasn’t for weeks now ! It’s ridiculous how hot it is in the store. Not welcoming at all. Feel horrible for the staff that has to work there. 😭

no stars new cashier told me my total was $65 and I gave her $80 and she stole $20 from me I hope everyone sees this and stop going to this place don't trust anyone !!! She just put $60 on the receipt I gave her $80 !!! nothing had been resolved as of yet. DONT GO HERE !! assistant manager hanged up on me so rude.

Disorganized, dirty, disgruntled (employees), was informed that walking away from the counter to go to a different store after standing there for 4 minutes after looking at my watch was "very rude".Not sure they actually know what the word means.Employees, especially management seem to be just putting things on the shelf in no actual order, if it fits or kind of fits, it goes there.Employees will leave you standing at counter while they talk, or use their phone, and have issues with you when you decide to leave, like you work there.Won't be going back to that store anytime soon, not worth the hassle.Go to the Walgreens across the street, way less hassle and cleaner.

Wrong product in the packaging. I bought what was suppose to be a Colypso phone at the N. Limestone family dollar. Instead of the Colypso phone in the box there was a LG phone in the box. I called AT&T the guy I spoke to said it was on family dollar to replace the phone and call the main AT&T office. The store manager said no it's AT&T's place to make it right. I took the phone to the W. Main St location they was going to replace for me but they didn't have the Colpyso I bought so the store manager at the W. Main St location called the Family Dollar at the S. Limestone location and they exchanged the phone for the right phone. Will not be going back to N. limestone family dollar. Costumers make sure your getting what you are suppose to be getting B4 you check out. They will not exchange a lot of items.

The staff was pretty nice. The Store on the other hand was very cluttered the floors needed mopped. It's very close to my house so I visit often just needs organized and cleaned.

they like the lock their doors five to ten minutes before close and say that their clocks say the actual closing time that's 5 to 10 minutes later than what it actually is and say that they're closed while there's other customers shopping in there I personally believe that the Caucasian cashiers at the Springfield location on North limestone are racist saw plenty of white people in there shopping not a problem the world but when I try to walk up with more than enough time to make my purchase I'm told that they're already closed

Showed up at 9:50pm saw the manager and a worker employee outside . They told me the registers have been shut down, they are closed (while blowing smoke in my face) & nobody's allowed in store.

They don't line there merchandise up with the shelf prices and are extremely sarcastic the old lady at the counter tries to feel better by disrespecting customer and letting other customers know how not to treat her not recommended if your having a good day

They lie to you about what you can return to the store when you're handing over your money then if you try to bring something back that plugs into a wall or takes a battery they say it's electronics we don't refund electronics buyer beware

The aisles are often full of boxes to shelve. I saw a woman using a walker to shop and couldn't figure out how she managed to negotiate the rows!
