First time visiting this particular family dollar and I was very pleased with my experience. I had to travel some way to get to this family dollar and I was very happy to see they had plenty of stock of everything from candy to cat food. The store was clean and well organized which is not usually the case for other locations I've visited. The staff was friendly and the check out process smooth.I was very very pleased with my experience and if I'm in the area again I will certainly visit this location again

The store is filthy and with roaches the size of a lumberjacks thumb, I definitely wouldn't recommend going in there, because you don't want to take any roaches home with you. I would give zero stars, but the people working here are nice and fast. I feel bad that they are forced to work in these conditions.

Family Dollar Always has what I'm shopping for. There is a Family Dollar right around the corner from where I live & that's a great thing since my car is not running at the moment. My daughter has one close to her & she goes there often & always finds what she needs, too✌️🤘💃🎶🤺

There are several items that do not have shelf tags or prices. I will not buy anything without a price or shelf tag. The way inflation is nowadays, I cannot afford to not know what prices are. The store has always been a little dirty but the organization of shelves is getting better.

Thank you for having great customer service when the family dollar on N. Limestone tried to stick me with the wrong product that was in the package and wouldn't allow me to exchange the item even after just five minutes of buying it. I don't know if it was AT&T fault or family dollar store on N. Limestone but I do know I will shop at S.Limestone family dollar and spend a little more in gas before I ever go back to N. Limestone family dollar again.

The cashier checked the person out in line behind me instead of me. When I finally got to the cash resister, she wasn’t kind, even throughout the transaction. Told me to scan my card when the last costumer was still grabbing bags off the counter; she seemed annoyed that I wasn’t swiping my card even with the previous customer there. At the end she just handed me my receipt and started talking to another costumer.

Much improved since they have a new manager. Still needs work but the cleanliness of the store is very noticeable. Things are looking up at this location.

Shelves are bare which is understandable considering the pandemic. Also the employees weren't the friendliest ( not like the employees on Yellowsprings st ) but all in all got most of what I am needed.

I waited on the phone for an hour and no one answered either learn how to answer the phone or quit your job because your not very good at it

This is not the neatest, most organized store in town, but the stuff is cheap and the employees are nice.

Manager was very rude it was a young girl the app would not load she was eating something in her mouth and said sarcastically there's nothing that I can do I do customer service and I do try to help my customers so I will not be back in that store again and I will not recommend it to anyone else
