Very clean. Shelves could be more stocked and straightened up.. whatever I needed they did have. When checking out at times I find there is a waite. I've never have waited no more than 5 minutes. They could use another cashier at times. I will continue to shop at this location.

This is a very friendly store, there is one worker her name is Kim , she’s always busy somewhere in the store ,but when she see me, she always speaks and asked if there anything I can help with, and also I have asked her myself and she always smiled stops what she is doing and walks me to where the product I need or asked about is, and always asked if there is anything else she can help with, she has never just pointed to the area or even just give a area number, this myself makes me feel very welcome to the store and not just feeling like a problem when I ask something, this to me is how you wow your customers and makes me and I’m sure other to come back, there store seems to be always in order clean and the shelves well sometimes seemed thrown together, but within the couple weeks or so I can see a big difference. Pride in the store and the Kim does show pride in her customers and work,Kudos my number one storeThanks guys

This is the newest Dollar tree in Springfield.It was build on an old shopping center site. One that had been abandoned for some time. Someone tried to turn it into a weird flea market, but that never panned out.It's perfect that our Dollar Trees are at opposite ends of town. This one is strategically placed right across the street from the only movie theater in town. Theoretically, people might be able to purchase dollar candy for the movies instead of three dollar candies at the theater. In fact, I'm sure they've seen a decrease in snack sales since the Dollar Tree opened.I love Dollar Tree and I ALWAYS end up spending more than I plan every time I go in.The things are mostly low quality, but there are some real treasures in there if you look.It's worth a stop in.

This store is usually very nice. Today it was dirty and poorly stocked. Too many bare shelves. Lots of items just left in the aisles.

I go here all the time. It’s usually fairly nice, however I was there yesterday and I bought probably $10 worth of stuff and today I went to put the screen protecter I had bought on and it was stolen out of the package and resealed. When I called to see if I could bring it in for a new one I was told no because I don’t have the receipt. It’d be nice if they would clean up the many empty packages from people stealing, so the people who actually pay can shop without worrying about getting ripped off.

They have such cute things for cheap. The crafting supplies are great for such a low price too. I'm an artist and supplies can be super expensive.

I love this store it is like Christmas time. I go there by all kinds of cool gadgets my very favorite store. You can almost find everything you need almost LOL It sucks bc everything is now $1.25 but it's still a great buy.

Went to Dollar tree last night about 10 mins before they closed and the doors were locked and the "store manager" was standing by the doors making sure no one else comes in. Now remind you they don't even close until 9 and it was at least 10 mins till! When we told her we we're just getting one thing she said "No way! We are closed!" What kind of business turns customers away before closing time!? What kind of company locks it's doors 15 mins before they close? Well that's fine with me because I went to another store and got the 1 item I needed and they were very happy to have me as a customer and didn't turn me away!

Just like the other dollar tree's I've shopped at, the amount and quality of there products is amazing. You can save so much money by shopping here and the lines never take that long to get through even if they're busy. Great place to shop.

I go to store 2 or 3 times a month unlike the dollar stores here in town this store is very clean and is easy to walk through. The staff are always glad to help and are very friendly keep it up.

Everything is $1 the store on east main street is very neat and clean. The associates are friendly. Just be careful what you buy there because sometimes you can get the same exact thing at wal mart for cheaper
