Worst dollar general store, staff is discrimatory to its customers, and are horribly unpleasant people. Some of the staff should be fired for thier treatment of customers and discrimination towards the customers who come in to buy products.

I've never been too disappointed with this store before. Although, their Monster energy drinks need to be restocked. A year ago, I had been looking for the Pacific punch monster juice. A couple times every week for like 3 months, I tried to see if they had it. They never ever did, so I gave up on them with that. Other than that, they are ok.

Store is dirty, unorganized, shelfs are bare,unstocked , carts of products sitting in shipping carts blocking isles.only 1employee in the whole store at times, .Staff is always changing, usually grumpy and upset but most are helpful.

They're a little short on supplies of certain things and the bags have been made even thinner if that's possible but I got most of what I needed and the cashier was very nice and funny.

This Dollar General the employees are nice and helpful but the store itself is just in need of an upgrade compared to all the other Dollar Generals that are around because there are some newer ones around this one is been there for a while and it's definitely in need of some new flooring and some upgrades it just seems so dingy like it's always dirty upon walking in the door the front doors the front windows like Dollar General should be ashamed of itself for not upgrading their storefront because it looks bad when you walk in the door and before you walk in the door it could look so much better shame on Dollar General Southern Village shopping center on Sunset in Springfield Ohio

I like this little Dollar Store. Yes, it is messy like most of them, but the staff are very friendly and speak to everyone that comes in. They help you find what you are looking for. They have the best dollar section that I recommend checking out. The other stores do not all have this. It is an entire aisle with alot of decent items for a dollar. From toothpaste, toilet paper, trash bags, to soap, shampoo and laundry detergent...all for a buck!!

It was kind of slow getting through the line up to the register , but they try to be friendly service there was only one girl working as usual you never have more than one register open that's the only thing that I do not like about the dollar stores open up more than one register have more than one person working at a time usually there's three people working at 9 but only one registered open makes no sense

My favorite dollar store in Springfield. All sorts of work/business related items and easy food supplements. But the great customer service at this location is why I come back.

Can be quite busy at times but with it being convenient to the surrounding neighborhood that's expected there is always someone there willing to help you find whatever it is you need very friendly cashier's and management!

As usual, a Dollar General is messy. Christmas decorations are out in three aisles. Overall, it's a good place to find things that you need.

It's ok but needs cleaned up the story needs remodeling and brought up to date. I felt like I had to go home and take a shower after leaving their place of business

This store in springfield oh have merchandise everywhere I couldn't walk down any aisle only one person there and this store was very dark I couldnt get what I came to get because they had not stocked pictures hangers..cashier was very nice

The customer service is terrible they had 2 liters displayed for 3 for 3 and I was told I had to buy all the same brand to get the deal they was very rude sprite was 3 for 3 and fanta was 3 for 3 so why is it I have to buy All sprite or all fanta and no one tried to fix the problem.

Went in for milk. Looked like a tornado had been through the store. Some items were scattered on the floor, it seemed like every isle had something laying on the floor.

Hard to find anything in the cluttered store with boxes of stock merchandise everywhere in the aisles. An employee could not even assist me on how the e coupons worked.
