Since new management this place has went downhill. Nothing is ever stocked and the shelf are always bare. If you ask if they have something they don't even look just tell you to come back. It was convenient to go there since it was so close to my home but now it's a hassle to go through maze of products on carts that haven't been put away, plus the freezer section doesn't work half the time.

This is hands down got to be the worst Dollar general I've ever been to. I am so tired of pulling up at various times throughout the day and seeing handwritten notes on the door advising customers that they are "closed temporarily" or that they are "closed for the day", " had a call of - will be closing at 5pm", etc.. For almost 2 years this store has not had it's act together.This morning I pull in at 9:45 AM just to find the store "temporarily closed" so they could "unload the fresh truck". This is absolutely unacceptable - ppl drive there, wasting gas to get to your store to find out it's closed. I'm done at this store, I can take no more. I will drive to Walmart and get what I need. Peace of mind is worth it.

Great prices and deals. The workers our great here at this Dollar General and other ones as well but not all I only go to two different Dollar Generals the one on the West Side of Springfield in the plaza next to hazy shades and then the one out on Troy Road this is the mean when I go to on Troy Road they always have great clearance deals and you can actually work with the workers on the prices as well and they're always hiring at any Dollar General..

I will never go back again the assistance manager was not wearing his mask properly and the customer in front of me had no mask on. When I got to the register I questioned him why wasn't the person in front of me not wearing a mask and why was the assistance manager not wearing his properly. He couldn't answer me. He said he can't force someone to wearand wouldn't answer me why he wasn't wearing his properly. He said if I keep making a seen he would ask me to leave. He eventually pulled his mask over his nose. The store needs reported. I am going to take further action.

Out of stock of everything! Typical dollar general. Out of stock of most items and long check outs. Smaller sizes to trick you into thinking you are getting a good deal. Only thing worth a star is convenience of having a store near by.

Normally the store is very clean and well stocked. I can count 5 times, I have gone to this store and they are closed for one reason or another. I was always taught that the manager should stand in for individuals who call off.

So glad Dollar General opened up in German Township. Everything around this area closed and I hate driving miles to get to Bechtle Avenue. This is the best thing that could've been built in this area. Dollar General by far surpasses all of the other dollar type stores as well.

Need to get a person to work on stocking shelves but store is clean and service is good but the aisles are crowded with merchandise to be put on away...can't get carts though...

For such a bargain price kind of place, you still get very helpful service. I frequently need help finding something and employees take the time needed.

I was there and no workers welcome me as there was two people standing up there that wasn't busy no welcome to the Dollar general or nothing of worker was standing the one aisles and didn't ask me if I need anything didn't say anything to me when she knew I was looking for sour cream and then the cashier walked off before I even walked out the door and I couldn't ask her about something I forgot because I didn't know where she went she didn't say thank you bye or nothing she just I but my groceries in the car she was gone and then the second trip that cashier didn't say it thank you so I had a teacher what welcome was and made her think oh you should have said thank you I told her you're welcome

Says open until 10 PM online and posted in the door. Got there at 9:30 and it is locked up right. Wasted my time driving 25 minutes to get there

Like most Dollar General's, this one had stuck on the floors and was out of stock of a lot of things. I was able to find what I needed though.
