Always good service. Well not today the foreign pharmacist was as rude as possible said don't have it call your doc and have it sent somewhere else. She said I'm the pharmacist. Just left there and the employee Danielle in the Pharmacy department. She took the time out and helped me. She went all out to make sure I got the best price. Not a lot of people would do that. I really hope she know, she was truly a Blessing from God. 😊

It's a pharmacy so everything in the store is overpriced. As long as u know that you can mentally prepare accordingly: do I have the me to go somewhere cheaper for his stuff? Or is the extra money worth my extra time?

Just called the pharmacy to see if I could get my son shots that he needed before he started school. The woman I was on the phone with told me that I would need written permission from a doctor to get the shots he needed. I told her that was redundant and she thought that I called her a dumb dumb and hung up the phone on me. When I tried to call back to explain to her that I did not call her a dumb dumb she still had an attitude with me and hung up the phone for a second time so when I called back a third time I asked to speak with the supervisor and the supervisor failed to provide me with her name and did not take my complaint. I called customer service and filed a complaint with them. Just FYI I'm a grown woman I do not use the term dumb dumb

So unprofessional. I was told to come back in a half hour to pick up an antibiotic. I came back an hour later to be told it still wasnt ready. Pharmacy staff said they close in 8 minutes to come inside. I did so and the same staff member along with another told me to have a seat they was getting it ready. They was getting ready to go home. As they did while they left me waiting. No thank you, come back tomorrow none of that. I have to say Good Job. I'd never expect this from a pharmacy team. My prescription was transferred as some people's jobs should be.

Currently on hold for 50 minutes, so my husband stopped by the store to get my script which was called in 12 hours ago. They said, “sorry, try middle of the day tomorrow we are busy.” Some people have jobs and cannot go in the middle of the day and probably need their emergency script before going to work… this is not the first time we’ve had this experience with CVS at this location or others. Highly recommend going anywhere else if you’d like to actually get your emergency meds in a timely manner.

Absolutely appreciate the staff at this location. Twice we have ran into issues with insurance and prescription being sent to wrong location. Twice they have went above and beyond to help us get the prescription straightened out and we are grateful! Your staff and pharmacists are amazing and the company is lucky to have you all. I signed up for the CVS coupon program about 4 weeks ago. During my last trip to CVS, on the 22nd of April, 2023, my bill was $24 for three items. After using my coupons, which I had stored on my CVS card, I owed .66 cents. I will be shoppoing more at CVS, with my coupons. Thank you CVS!

I'm going to attempt this review without revealing my private medical information.I have a number of health conditions, but right now I am very sick and had just left the hospital in need of antibiotics. I was very sick, and had already waited in the parking lot for an hour after being sick so that they could fill the prescription I dropped off.I do not have health insurance, and even if I did a lot of my medications are not covered. I use GoodRX and it is a lifesaver. When the hospital gave me the medication, I immediately checked the app to make sure I could afford it. It was around 35$ for both medications.I go to the window, and the pharmacy tech, I believe her name was Mackenzie, was immediately horribly rude. She told me with the Good RX it was 120$, which I knew was wrong. I told her I had a new card, and gave her my phone which had the new one on it. Mind you, there's no way I would have access to the old card on the app. She wrote down my information and "tried it again" and said it was still 120$. I called Good RX and they had her correct it, when I cam back to the window, she said the number they gave her wasn't the number that was on my phone. I had her write it down, it's the same exact number. She swore up and down that the number I gave her was different, but I have no access to any other Member numbers. I think she either didn't know what to do, or she didn't feel like doing it. Instead of being kind at the window and saying "I am so sorry that's my mistake," she blamed her mistake on me. I understand mistakes happen, but don't ever blame the customer for your own mistake. If she apologized and took accountability, and gave me my medicine in a kind way instead of being rude, I wouldn't be writing this review right now. I will be changing pharmacies as this is not the first time this has happened. Do better.

I used to love this pharmacy but the customer service has really been bad this last year back in pharmacy area. Every time I call now they are rude and nasty. If I have to go pick up meds because I’m sick like today they are even more rude especially if I ask questions about my medication. I understand it’s not the best time with Covid. I’m a nurse I work out here everyday but never would I treat my clients with such disrespect. I work 12 hr days 6 days a week because there are no nurses. If I can be polite and helpful then I feel others should be able to. Just let me get my medications without an attitude. And believe me if it weren’t for the fact that my insurance will only pay for my medication from CVS I would not be using them. I would transfer. But this is where my insurance forces me to get my medication.

Friday May 29 @1030am, pharmacy drive thru: I could have done without the eye rolling and slamming of the key board.Yes I had a handful of questions, I’m trying to limit my visits there. But, I did not deserve the attitude. I was very pleasant up until your actions and then called you out on it.Retraining on how to treat and interact with people is needed ASAP!!

Cvs is my favorite go-to store. I do not shop Walgreens nor Rite Aid in my community. Cvs is my favorite. The only recommendation I would have at this point would perhaps if they would extend the end dates on their coupons. ( Extra care coupons and 32% or 40% coupons). Due to the Covid situation and supply shortage, sometimes CVS does not have all my particular items stocked, no fault of theirs. So to have a longer time to use the coupons would be helpful.

The worst service I have ever received from a pharmacy. I don't mean one single instance of bad service, I mean they consistently fail to meet my expectations. Walgreens was way better. Unfortunately, I am required by prescription coverage manager to use CVS.

Red head with all the arm tattoos has a serious attitude problem. I was just trying to buy some face wash and she came stomping about and slamming everything she possibly could when the pharmacist called her to the register for me. It was kind of comical for the night. Like I just wanted my face wash and to leave girl lol nobody asked for all that

Hi this is Justons wife's Review... I am very frustrated and Super sad at the time that I gotta go through this location CVS for my meds. They USUALLY get my prescription wrong by the end of everything.. and when speaking to Technitions there they have the WORST customer service and speak to you like they're GODS GIFT TO CVS TO WORK THERE AND TAKE CALLS. AGAIN.. HOPEFULLY THE ACTUAL PHARMACISTS ARENT THE SAME CAUSE I DREAD FILLING PRESCRIPTIONS HERE... DO NOT GO HERE!!!! IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

Every time I try to go to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions the pharmacy is closed by 4 o'clock due to low staffing that it is poor management and staffing they need to do better

Overpriced, bill your insurance as many times as they can without giving your medicine. They have been reported many times in the past few months for commiting fraud to insurance companies.

They would not let me buy a money order with showing my I.d. which I didn't know that they would be so nosey. I would not of shown them no matter if I had it. No one ever has asked to see it .
