I absolutely love coming here for my dogs' grooming. They are all well taken care of and really love the treats sold here too. Excellent customer service. When something goes wrong (it's happened only once because my dog sat on scissors) they make it right. I wasn't charged for that day and they checked on my pup afterwards. Even said they would pay for the vet if it was necessary. These people truly love pets!

They are really nice and welcoming! Always take good care of my pup & Rashaad has been my favorite groomer so far! Recommend this place to everyone!! They were even understanding one time when i was running super behind to pick my dog up because I had another appointment(: I included some pictures on what a good job they did! I love how they also do a report card on your dog's behavior!

Nice Staff🙂 Terrible service$45 & 2 1/2hrs later Our dog still has dirt in ears, nails were not finished or filed, 2 paws that were cut left rough jagged edges, dirt still in between toes😟 Had higher hopes for such nice place & friendly staff!!Will NOT BE RETURNING!!!

Just took our 8 year old Mini Dachshund for a haircut. He is very timid and uncooperative. Rachel did a wonderful job with him and he looks so cute. He wasn’t as traumatized as he’s been in the past from others groomers. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job and taking the time and treating him like we do at home.

I have shopped at Bone-a-Fido for many years and it is always a great experience. The staff is always friendly and they are most helpful when it comes to recommendations for pet food. I had two dogs with very different dietary needs and the former owner really stepped up to the plate to find food that suited them and, ultimately, probably prolonged their lives. The new owner is just as caring, pleasant and extremely helpful!! The gals that run the grooming are professional and do such a good job. My new Whippet loves going there for the nice baths and, of course, the cookies and treats! I purchase all of my pet products at Bone-a-Fido and I highly recommend!!

We recently adopted Macy, an older miniature poodle. Macy was timid and very shy, and I love how Sara just intuitively knew how to make her feel safe...not to mention giving her great haircuts! Each time, when I pick Macy up, she is happy and more relaxed so it's obvious she's had a good day. Highly recommend!

12/16/2022 at 10:16 am couldn't get anyone from the back grooming area to come out and wait on us. Rang grooming bell, knocked on door and nothing. Even called and it rang busy. Took my cash elsewhere.
