Every time I go here, I spend more money than I had planned. I love this place!! You never know what you'll find. Tonight I bought an exorbitant amount of Gatorade at 1/3 the regular price.

This is my regular store. The staff is always super friendly and willing to help. They don't act like it's a burden to do their jobs. If I was going to bother with it, it wouldn't be an issue returning the accidental purchase I made earlier. Bought what I thought was a Large copper fit thermal and turned out to be s No Regrets T Shirt. Lol And the T Shirt was even $2 cheaper than what I paid for it! Lol 😂😂😂

Our shopping experience for new frintroom furniture was really nice . Nikki was our sales attendant and she did a fantastic job handing all our needs and my husbands many questions. She also was training two very nice and friendly gentlemen Nathan and Jay. I can not praise these 3 individuals enoug.we were so please with them we are going back for a bed.

I recently purchased some outdoor furniture from the Big Lots in Springfield and I had the pleasure of dealing with Christina. She was so helpful and even walked in the back to make sure the pieces I was purchasing, she put hands on it and didn't rely on the computer to say it was their. She also thanked me for my military service. This girl is an asset to your company. Excellent customer service! Thank you Christina

No one could be found to help us or answer any questions that we had. So we just left. Still need to get more people. Couldn't find anyone to cash me out so I put the stuff on the counter and left. They either need to get more people or talk to the ones they have

The Springfield store is the best by far. The store is very clean and not cluttered. The clerks and managers are friendly and very helpful!!! I love this place. it's a bit run down from age but never dirty. products are very rarely out of date (which is a concern in an end-of-the-line store) and they have a unique selection of very reasonably priced items. they also carry biscuits which is the entire reason I stop in at least once a month. the staff is friendly and will open the second register if there are many people in line. Wal-Mart could learn a thing or two from them.

Great selection of products for great prices, roomy and clean store, and the employees are generally nice... But some of them aren't, so much that I can only give, what would be a 5 star rating if it weren't for them, 3 stars instead. One of the worst ones is the guy who works in furniture named Caleb. Extremely rude and cold, and he will flat out ignore the customer every chance he gets...

They are not stocking their shelves. They have at least 5 to 10 employees on every time we are in the store. One of those people needs to be stocking the shelves. This store is out of EVERYTHING. This store has been going down hill for years. This is not covid-19 related. It's just poor management. Get it together. I really don't like driving to Hilliard to find a good big lots. it's sad I have one in my hometown and they never have anything they are supposed to.

Nice;friendly and funny staff. They have lil bit of anything and everything you can want or need. Very clean and orginized and its one of the only places i can still find my favorite candies "Bottle Caps". My husband and i have enjoyed every visit. We love bargain shopping and we always find the best bargains here. Defiantly coming back again

I cannot tell you how disappointed I was when I shopped there today. It was very messy and disorganized and difficult to go down several aisles. This is so out of the ordinary for this store. It has always been neat and clean and a pleasure to shop. This is my second experience shopping there in the last couple weeks and today it was worse than ever. Not sure what is going on but it needs to be fixed.

I wouldn’t even give them one star but I had to pick one to continue, Called and waited on hold for 30 minutes to see if they had a sectional in stock, they said they had 3 and one would be on hold for me and didn’t ask me my name, drive an hour to the store with a trailer to pick it up and they tell me they don’t have it. Wasted $80 in gas driving 90 miles round trip, save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere. Garbage employees, can’t give me the floor model because it just went on sale? Do what? So me driving 2 hours total doesn’t matter. What a joke !

price's were rung up wrong $2 higher on 2 item's .Had to have them checked by the manager that's fine with me .Answer from her was there system hasn't been updated for those item's. $12 rang up$14$16 rang up $18 $4 .39 cent's my pocket .tk u

Very good + fantastic selection, good prices, and great, friendly, helpful staff make this location well with shopping at. Store very clean, restrooms clean, and well stocked. Again, well worth the trip to shop.

Big Lots has very helpful employees and an excellent courtesy wheelchair. It is kept clean and the employees are diligent sanitizing. The store is accessible, and easy to manuver in the chair as well.
