This is a place similar to Ollie's (nearby) or Big Lots. You'll find home goods, clothing shoes, snacks, cleaning supplies, decorative items, and more.There's a lot of room in there for more things so they might start carrying more merchandise eventually.I love places that are fun to search for cool stuff.I highly recommend looking for sheets sets there as I found beautiful set of Egyptian cotton that were half the price I spent for sheets at Walmart.It's definitely worth the time to stop by and check it out.I swear that whole area has surely went downhill since the 90s. It does seem as if they're trying to regenerate the area.

I've never felt so rushed to finish my shopping! Stopped in to look around and do a little shopping and instead of them making an announcement that they would be closing in 25 minutes they just turn most of the lights out so you can't see to shop anymore and push you out of the store. I felt like leaving my cart full of merchandise at the checkout and just walk out the door. Which i decided not to do and just made my purchase. The cashier was rude and obviously ready to get out of there immediately. I am an assistant manager of a different store and if we ever did someone like this we would have been terminated immediately. My store closes at 9pm which means the doors are unlocked until 9pm and lights are all completely on until 9pm. I think the employee here need more training in working with the public and how to run a store.

Much better than the last time we were there. Nice selection of things to choose from, from toys to electronics to clothing to food and more. The only ding was that several items were not tagged, price-wise, but in speaking with Management, that is being worked on. Good experience and decently priced to save on many items. Great place to go to save some money.

Cheap selection of items. Fun to browse and find stuff that you may buy on impulse. Most of the items are in limited supply. Sometimes, The store and the items on shelves are in disorderly manner and not tidy.They reduced the size of their store.

If I could give this place a negative review, I would. The inside of this store is disgusting, there’s trash everywhere. No organization and tons of clutter. There’s buckets everywhere because of the ungodly amount of leaks they have in the ceiling, the building is falling apart. The staff is extremely disrespectful. When you ask for help there’s no one anywhere to be found. The managers hangout in the back office all day and when the cashier rings for help it takes them almost a half hour to come. The management is awful. I definitely without a doubt do not recommend this place to anyone. The deals aren’t even that good especially with their bin sales because half the items you get either don’t work or are broken. Worst store on upper valley pike by far!

This is not your typical discount store. This is a closeout store. They buy up the last remaining products and products that didn't normally sell. Lately they have been buying up Amazon returns as well. Items are discounted more the longer and item sits. It used to tell you the discount, but due to some hiding of products, etc, they have changed to removing the date stamps on them.This store is what you make of it. Don't expect a bunch of big name items, but you may see a few big name items. I've seen specialty items of all kinds for pennies on the dollar. They have some good deep discounts on just about everything: sporting goods, automotive, food, pets, toys, baby items, appliances. I've seen boats and music equipment, electronics, you name it. Just realize you have no clue what you're going to walk in on, so don't expect to walk in and buy something specific just out of the blue.The shelves can get messy at times, but the staff works tirelessly to keep it in good order. This is just the nature of the business, as nothing really stays the same there. I love going here for the food, which is normally within a year of its expiration date, but is still very good. I absolutely love going here and end up spending money every time I come because I always find something worthwhile.

We found Shefit brand, which is what we were looking for, but only complaint is the sizes at the bargain hunt for shefit are different than the actual shefit brand online sizes. So some of the items my step mom and I purchased, knowing our regular sizes, did not fit us, and it was a 3 hour drive there and back. So a little hard to take back or exchange for us.🤷‍♀️

Prices are great however, 4 associates on the floor, one on The cash register. I’m second in line to check out, lady in front of me has enough items for 10 shoppers (I’m not kidding) the cashier called for help 3 times, after standing for 10 minutes the person in front of me still had about 50 clothing items in her cart as well as the counter full of stuff to be rung up, , there were several people in line behind me by the time I walked out (did not wait for checkout) Bargain Hunt, you have nothing to offer that is more valuable than a persons time, why give the cashier a radio if your not going to assist !

Living up to their name "bargain"? We like coming here for the changing stock. For the most part there are always the same types of items even if the items themselves change. My issue has been never being able to guess how much I'm spending. One time I'll check out and feel like I'm spending next to nothing and the next I'll feel like I'm not saving at all. Then there are the items that I've found or seen elsewhere for less. Still a fun place to pop into from time to time.

Mean what a great place to go hunting. Lots of deals and steal, you really don't have to hunt that hard to find them, the everywhere. The more you so by they more likely you are too get the cream of the crop when it come in. For example if they get an allotment of TV are refrigerators and you got to get them before they're gone.I try very hard to leave informative reviews, If this was helpful please let me know by giving me a thumbs up.

They were going to close in one minute when I pulled up. Cashier let me get my item and pay for it. It was a full motion TV wall mount, at a great price. All the pieces were in the box, and it worked perfect.

Went in checking out the place and found some headphones I liked for about $23, but I knew they had a sale coming in a few days, so I returned on the sale day to find they had marked not only them but many of the other items I was looking at way up from the previous visit basically negating the sale. The headphones were over $40, the very same ones. Their excuse was they sold out their stock and got more, I find it extremely unlikely for that to be the case as every item I had shown interest in was marked up. Bad business

I live 2 hours away from this Bargain Hunt, and only get to go here when I come to Springfield to visit my son. My son and I love this store and spend 3-4 hours in here every time we go. I do find that some things are over priced, but I also do find some bargains too. I wish that there was one closer to me, but I will definitely go to this one whenever I visit my son. Stop in, I am sure that you will find something that you can't live without.
