Every time I go in I am greeted and asked if I need help. I ask a lot of questions and their staff takes all the time I need to help. They are pleasant, patient. and friendly. Their knowledge is off the charts! They always offer to carry my purchases to the car. This business is a local gem! Support this excellent store!

Staff are always nice and friendly, know their stuff. Usually have what I need, though I don’t visit this location but once or twice a year. Love to see the cats. Store is well stocked and clean.

The people who work at this store are just wonderful. They’re very helpful and kind. I took my daughter several months ago to get birdseed for our feeder and a gift for my dad. The lady was so knowledgeable and so kind to my daughter. She gave us great advice and a coloring booklet for my daughter. I said we need to get more birdseed this week and my daughter cannot wait to go visit “the bird store” again. She’s 4 and tends to enjoy errands, but this place really made a positive impression. We are customers for life.

Nicest people I've ever met. They know their customers by name, and always are quick to help with stories and advice. They also are great about giving spare parts for any feeders or supplies they sell.Also they have a pair of shop cats that are sweethearts so I don't know what else you could ask for.I can't recommend them highly enough!

Great place for all your birding needs. We stopped in for some Hummingbird essentials and a peanut feeder for our Woodpeckers but we ended up getting about a dozen new things. They have everything you could need: bird baths, feeders and seed for every type of bird, heavy duty pole systems, windchimes and decor, nesting boxes for all common birds, even owls! Excellent selection and very friendly staff. Prices can be a bit high but there are still a lot of great deals. Highly recommend!

Went in with no knowledge of what I should get for a bird feeder. I was helped by a woman, I believe named Erica. She showed me a wide variety of products, went over the basics, and was able to juggle myself and a few other customers. It was a great experience. I am glad to be able to support a local business.

A friendly little place to find unique gift items, wild bird seed and yard & home decorations including windchimes, stepping stones, birdhouses and more. Warm and inviting staff with the sweetest little cat to greet you. I stop in a few times a year when I'm in the area and it brightens my day. 🤗

Friends ask me "How do you get a dozen Cardinals?I can't get any.." The answer is WBU , does not have any "filler's" . I helps me attract Cardinals, Titmouse and Nuthatch , my favorites.
