Absolutely LOVED this store!! I don't think I have ever seen a pet supply store so focused and dedicated on healthy food and treat options. They had such a wide selection with every single item they carry. I could not believe my eyes! If you own a dog, this place is definitely geared more for dogs. I found several items they carry for a cheaper price than the chewy app or even amazon was selling them for. From this point on, this is the ONLY store i will be getting pet supplies from.

This was my first visit. I have a 100+ pound dog, Crinkle, that needed a bath. Due to a recent surgery, I was unable to lift more than 10 pounds. I called ahead and explained this to the guy who answered the phone. He assured me we would be able to get him in the tub. When I got there he lifted Crinkle into them tub for me. This made an incredible positive customer service impression on me. Even though prices at Hollywood Feed seem higher than competitors, I will go there because of the caring staff and attention to details. I bought a toys and treat to reward Crinkle for being a good boy. And, I bought a five wash pass, because I definitely will return.

The personal service we get at Hollywood Feed is fantastic. Victoria makes sure to order the special cat food, Steve's Quest frozen raw food that we feed our cats. She knows us and knows our cats. We have brought them into the store and they draw attention because people mostly bring dogs. We enjoy the rewards program and have benefitted from it many times. We like to visit on days that they bring in special pets and make our rounds to pet them.

I LOVED THIS STORE. The employees were so friendly as soon as I walked in, they helped me get what I needed, and naturally there were other dogs I got to see. They have everything you and your pet need. Very happy to have this store so close to me.

I absolutely love every single one of the team members at Hollywood Feed in Springboro. They have gone above and beyond to help me out numerous times. The self-serve washing stations are always clean and well-stocked and we utilize them practically weekly. The delivery service has been a life saver more than once. Last time we were out of town our dogs got sick, the team members helped by recommending products to help with their upset tummies and reminded me of that they offer delivery so that our dog-sitter didn’t even have to leave the house. Victoria, Saran, Chloe, Landon- just a few of the awesome staff members that we are so thankful for. You guys are the best!!

Great store for all of your pets needs! Very friendly and helpful staff. The only local store that carries the brand of food our dogs eat. When I couldn’t find the flavor we usually get for them the staff special ordered it. When the order was taking longer than expected due to supplier issues the staff updated me and let me know what they were doing to get the situation resolved. The food finally arrived and my pups are happy to have their favorite flavor back again. Staff that definitely goes above and beyond to help you give your cherished furry-family member the care they deserve.

Staff was very helpful and intelligent. I was looking for the right collar for my boxer dog and the facility member was very helpful. She made some recommendations and led me to pick out the right collar for my dog. Even helped me with the tag engraving. Love the baths here for my dog. I will continue to be a patron here.

Great store for your pet. They have a convenient wash station for your dog. The staff is friendly and very efficient, they will treat your dog with love if you bring him/her with you.I recommend you become a member (they call it frequent feeder)

Wow, excellent customer service! I was greeted at the door, the young lady told me her name, asked if I had any questions, and helped me find what I was looking for. Found a wonderful American made dog food with great ingredients. She was friendly and welcoming and even offered to carry my dog food out to the car. Im 36 and in good health so I could not let her do that, but wow!! How refreshing to be treated as an important customer. I will be back! A lot!

Everyone in the store is incredibly nice and helpful. I’m 8 months pregnant and the employee carried my bag of dog food to the counter and to my car without me asking for any assistance. It was very kind.

Love this place. My gigs go crazy for their gourmet dog cookies. Very welcoming to my very big dogs. Must check it out. They also have huge dog beds in store. No ordering. I mean huge more than big enough for 200 pound dog.

On my wife's most recent visit to pet people Springboro OH. The sales clerk carried the large, heavy bag of dog food out to our car for her with out being asked. I am always impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of all of your staff.

PetPeople (Springboro) has a cleaner, more personal, shopping experience than some of the other pet stores in the area (including the bigger chain store). We go there for their pet treat bar--which has a wide selection of fun "homemade" snacks our dogs love. They also have two "wash your own dog" stations with semi-private rooms/closable doors. The staff are extremely nice and personable.The only real downside are their bagged treats, in general, are more expensive than the bigger chain store, but that's to be expected. Our dogs love going to PetPeople except when they get baths!

Extremely friendly and interested in what they do. Went to use the self-serve dog wash and will be going back for all my dog needs. The clerk was very knowledgeable about dog care beyond "what food can I get you?" and had some good tips on weight control issues. Great experience!

Their dog wash facility was the best I have been to. It supplied everything shampoo, towels, brushes all included in the lowest price I have paid. I will definitely become a new monthly customer.

They are a very high end pet store.Which is fine for where it is in springboro.Our senior dog loves the duck treats you can weigh out and mix-n-match with other treats. They also carry litter robot parts which is very helpful.Giving 4 stars because they discontinued couple pet items that we only would buy there, Like the green light up cat balls(9 cats favorite toy), a dog toy that is my dog's favorite(platypus). Also they dont have low in fat percentage of wet food for dogs with pancreatitis or pancreatic cancer.

I mainly shop at the store on Far Hills as it is in proximity to my home. This store staff have graciously assisted with putting aside cases of Fussie Cats for my four legged furry family members. I make it it into a fun trip as I stop next door to Dorothy Lane Market. BTW, Far Hills store is also across the parking lot from Washington Township DLM. The two stores are clean well stocked with top quality food and merchandise and the staff is gracious and knowledgeable!

Very clean store. Staff was fantastic. Greeted with a smile and showed me around since it was my first time there. Used the dog washing station, which I loved. It was a private bathing station, and they provide the shampoo, combs, brushes, towels, an apron, and other items. Price was very reasonable. I will be a continued customer for sure!!!
