This isn't my favorite location but it's now my home walmart and it's clean and I do like the workers a lot. They are super friendly and the greeter remembers me and he's just the best!!! The only real complaint about this location is the amount of inventory ordered during busy seasons. It goes super quick and wish there was more.

Definitely one of the best Walmarts in the area.However, the last time I was there, I was looking for the hats. I looked everywhere and had no luck, which was super weird.So, I went to find an associate. Me were within 3 feet of each other and waved, our eyes met, I asked "sir could you point me in the direction of the hats please. "He looked me in the eye and then just ignored me and walked away.I never have felt so disappointed and disrespected.I am always really polite and friendly and it really confused me.I know her heard me.I even spoke up pretty loud as he walked away, saying, "Sir!, excuse me? SIR!?"He heard me he just didn't want to help.We all have bad days I guessI just don't think that an associate should ignore a customer. He could have even said "I don't know" heck. It would have been better if he hadn't stopped and acknowledged me. Either way. The store is nice. My last experience was not.

It's Wal-Mart, swim suit selection for plus size wasn't great. I was able to print pictures from my phone which is nice. Some things are definitely cheaper there than other places like pop/soda

Not too crowed today. Had a fresh selection of fruits and veggies among many other household items. Checkout lanes go fast as they are self checkouts. Friendly environment.

Great store. And as busy as it seems to be most of the time they still manage to keep the majority of items stocked. Produce department is outstanding, too. Deli and bakery as well. And the folks who work here are very nice and truly want to help you find and get what you're looking for. They're like family.

I love a place that you can go to and find anything. The prices are fair and these days it's hard to find that. It's always entertainment in watching the people that come to Walmart. I love this place.

Was just coming by there, ( im not from ohio... WV )... They had everything i was after at great prices... It is a busy place, awful lot of people, i did like they had brands of stuff i cant find in WV, a good store!!

Convenient. The only gripe I have is there are no assistance with the smartphones. AT&T people intrude. I do not like their services or products. My friend wanted to buy smartphone but they made her just go away. They want to argue with me every time I go to buy my service card. There's absolutely no services in electronic for those people want to intrude. That is my biggest concern so if I am lucky, they are not at the smartphone service cards. I want what I want. I don't go in there to argue.

It's amazing how their employees either can't help you or just won't. I bought a VR and the protection plan for christmas. Of coursemy child broke the controller so i filed my claim then went to Walmart to buy the part and their completely useless. They don't know how to help me. They can't order it or anything

Automotive treated me like I'm completely stupid for asking if they have a car battery for my specific car in stock. The woman asked how to spell "kia," said "hold on a moment," and then hung up. I swear they put the most socially inept people on the phone at this location.

Delivery is LATE most of the time, like now, my groceries was supposed to be here between 5-6 it is now 7:40. Why do they let you pick a time then they are almost 2 hrs late. I have things to do, not sit here all evening that's why I pick a time that I know I will be free.It is now 8:34 NO GROCERIES????

***Updating again…another 45 min wait time to pickup groceries and over a hour spent on the phone trying to check in. This store has been one of the rudest customer service and does not answer their phones until 30 plus minutes of calling. When the man answered finally for pickup I asked for a time when my pickup would be out and he told me “drop the attitude or I’m not gunna help you drop it or I’m going to hang up” there was no cursing or swearing just children in the background and my frustration in voice demanding an updated time. When I called to check in they said they would be out in a few minutes and this was 45 plus minutes after that that I was wasting my time there.Waited over an hour on multiple occasions attempting a grocery pickup. Management does not fix understaffing issues or address customers complaints

It took me 30 minutes, and I had to ask 4 people to help me with a few gallons of paint. I hate going here, never any help, and you usually have to go to the back if the store to find what you want.

Nice variety of salads at a very reasonable price! Nice price on sirloin burgers Still very disapointed in baby clothes for 1 year. There.are NONE!! Also now out of parents plus size 6 diapers.

Staff is hard to get help they don't answer the phone when you call the store no cashier's the employees are always just standing around doing nothing 😕 ask them for help they just say not my department long wait time to check out then they recommend self checkout but us customers don't work for you get it right Wally world your business is going down hill BBB will be looking into your future business with your customers.

I once again had to leave without making my purchase. I had a whole cart of things that I just left in the self check lane and went to another store and started over. I tried to purchase flea and tick medication and it’s now behind lock and Key. Okay so I’m told they will take it to register 9 but I can check out anywhere even at self check out and they will go get it for me.Well all lanes was full since they enjoy us being the cashier for free so I head to self check where I’m told they can’t leave their station to go 30 feet to get my pet medication and that I needed to go to register 9 to checkout or not get it today.. nah I’ll just go else where and not return. What’s a good option as I’m over Walmart?

This was a huge Walmart. Everything went smoothly. I was happy with everything we bought. I spent almost $500. Everything was kinda expensive. I definitely got in shopped and got out. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I will shop here again in the near future. I just have to eat our $500 worth of food I purchased.

It's was very crowded with not much on the shelves. The parking was terrible. You had to park at least 150 feet away from the front door. I had to settle for a couple of substitutions for three items I wanted. The main isles were like Crash up Derby, but I made it through unscathed with no dents on the buggy.
