I’ve always had a positive experience at Sam’s. They have good prices and are really nice. I bought a tv in November however. A 70” Hisense it started getting lines in it about a month ago. A 3 month old tv that was pretty expensive for myself. Now it has so many lines I can barely see the screen. I called Sam’s and they said it has a year warranty to contact the company. I did and they ask for pictures showing the problem. I took a pic from 10-15 feet back and provided receipt proof. They responded they can’t warranty it because they seen physical damage on the border of the screen. For one there is zero damage I brought it straight from Sam’s and hung on my wall. I replied with a video of close up all around the tv to prove no damage but still nothing. I started researching and found this is a common issue and they are terrible at warranty claims. Selling products like this makes sams look bad as well. Had I known I woulda spend more money on a better brand. I want to take the tv to sams to prove their is no damage and show them the emails from Hisense so they can see the kind of products they are selling customers. I’ve attached a photo of the tv. It started with one thin line and now there’s many.

Awesome place to shop if you're looking to feed a large group or justice to by in bulk for your family. They also have a awesome optical department if you're looking for a new pair of glasses or need an eye exam and shop afterwards.

It amazes me that this Sam’s club never has pretzels or meat pizza available. How does a store that is a wholesale store continually not have product for sale. It’s not like it’s something new, it’s been this way for years. If you want better options and a better variety of products to purchase, it’s worth driving to Corridor G location.

I love our Sam's Club!! The employees are always super nice. I did get a raw rotisserie chicken tonight but Brenda said she would make it right with me, can't ask for more than that!! 😊

I just wanted to come back and say thank Aida the manager at Sam's she went beyond to make things right with me about my tires. It all come down just to be a misunderstanding through the call center but I would give them a strong 10. Thank you guys beyond for what you did for me. It made me feel very special and you will have my business from here on out. Thank you guys again! And thank the guys in the tire shop they did excellent!

Their was a tornado warning today with very high winds, enough to shut down the store and seek shelter. Can you believe Sams refused to let residents into the store trying to seek shelter and locked the doors from the customers. The customers that were already in the store went to the back of the store during this tornado warning. What was the purpose of locking the doors to the store during this tornado warning.

The store is great I'm give 1 star cause of the credit card for no apparent reason the closed both my credit cards and was less than month they increased my limit on both cards but when I called synchrony bank they could give me no explanation she even checked my payment history and seen I had perfect history this is pathetic

Great place to shop and save money. The employees are always willing to help in anyway they can. Can be a little tough to shop when they are bringing products out on the floor. But if they don't put it out. How are we supposed to buy it? Would recommend shopping Monday thru Thursday early in the day. Friday evening and Saturday and Sunday. You can barely get around the store due to all the shoppers.

The woman behind the counter today at the food court was awesome. Fantastic job, manning every station by herself. Very good work ethic. The store is usually pretty clean, a lot of different item varieties. My only complaint is the line to get out the door is always so long.

Went to sams club recipt was lost. after 2 hours of arguing they refused to let us leave with our groceries even after showing bank transaction recipt. No refund was given, they took our money and our purchases. Terrible customer service.

So this review is not about the local club, but about the annual membership renewal debacle I’ve dealt with this morning. My company has been a SAMS club member for over 23 years. I set my membership on automatic renewal on my business card two years ago. This Saturday morning my phone dings two fraud alerts for my two personal Capital One cards. I have only used my WalMart Capital one card exclusively on the App. My personal Capital One card I have used at the register before, but only to purchase. I reported both as fraud. My corporate card was not charged or attempted to be charged. I canceled both personal cards and requested new. Later in the day I contacted membership services to confirm it was a fraud attempt. Unfortunately it wasn’t. They had charged both because they were in their system. I am sure that somewhere in the membership agreement it tells you they retain the cards that are used on purchases for the membership, and that they will blanket shotgun attempt to renew on them, as I was informed by the super nice support person that they did in fact store cards that are swiped in store to your account. I was also informed this was a major problem they were dealing with. I have never had a problem before with this and I am sure it has nothing to do with the pending lawsuit between Walmart and Capital One. I will gladly edit this review if someone can explain why this is a good way to do business.

No markings for one way shopping. Stocked better than local stores and more check-out lines were opened. Sale pricing for major items and club pricing. Convenient hours for people who work. Quick check out at the door. Their credit card offer is available for shoppers.

Inaccurate Info on membership refunds. I was hung up on 2x by membership specialist. In this day and age, it should not take 5 to 7 business days to refund something that was immediately taken from my account. The Customer Service was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Basically, if they can't or won't help you, they just disconnect the call.

Love the different varieties that the 'usual' grocery stores don't have that Sam's Club does. It's become a staple of my routine when I have the budget for it. Definitely worth the membership, but the only thing I could warn about prices. Usually they're pretty low but on some more 'popular' items they've raised the prices on.

The store is well stocked with food and paper products. Christmas items and clothing easily found. Of course prices are higher but all the items bought were needed. Thanksgiving is in almost two weeks. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

There is an Asian lady with long black hair who working in Member Service is very unfriendly and unprofessional,she asked me which door I came from because the lady at entrance missed to pasta a return sticker on the item that I would like to return,she assumed client is thief. Not every customer know that they need to get sticker for their returning items before they go to return service counter. I asked her if she want me to get sticker I can go back to entrance to get one,she denied but she asked me which door I came from without sticker,I have no idea why she asked me that because obviously there is ONLY ONE entrance in Sam’s,She said that I could came from shopping area which is assuming me is a thief? It’s unbelievable. She needs to take long off if she just had fight with her boyfriend or someone give her hard time in somewhere else,she doesn’t need to bring her negative here to someone else mean.

The big thing lacking from this store is the quantity of employees in the cafe. I've seen as many as 8 customers waiting in line and one employee behind the counter. If I was a manager, and I saw the line backed up, I'd pull someone from the floor or roll my sleeves up and help.

Out of my kind water. Moving things around which I think will make it better. My cashier was great. Asked a worker since they had moved stuff he was so helpful in trying to find my Nestle Splash water but they were out. They did have a spot for it but it was empty.Good experience.

So much bigger, and better then Walmart. It would get 5 stars if you didn't have to pay and be a Sam club member. People mainly go there to buy in bulk and find lower prices. Should be free to the public. Still, it is a very nice place to shop
