Not pleased. I went there for Dr. PEPPER because according to the sale paper I received it was 3-twelve packs for $10.00. There were no shopping carts and I had to make two trips to the register and was charged $12. For the three. Not happy.

The digital coupons didn't work even though the cashier checked to make sure they weren't excluded which was a bummer but it happens. Then the cashier goes to get the managers assistance and she comes over with an awful attitude and says "Whats the problem?" in a tone that just told me that I knew that I was a bother just for asking for assistance. She then rudely explains that if it doesn't work that it doesn't work and they can't make it work even if it should. Which is fine. That was not the problem. Her attitude was.The system does need to work correctly for customers though. It shouldn't be advertised that it works if it doesn't.

family Dollar in South point that sits next door to KFC is probably the rudest family Dollar in South point Ohio I have ever been in there's a girl in there who acts like it kills her to wait on you she treats you like you are a bum in there pain for food or whatever you buy she seems to forget that people work to come in there and make purchases at that store I would recommend that you shop at another family Dollar unless management changes that she is very rude
