I cannot be happier with the experience I had with big sandy in south point. They helped me get all my bedroom furniture, and a couch. They were able to help me get financing so I didn't have to pay out of pocket for anything. The delivery was exactly on time, the driver and delivery guy with him were super quick and very good at their job getting all my items up 2 flights of stairs and into my apartment. They did an excellent job and I cannot say enough good things about my first furniture buying experience. I won't need anything for a while now, but when I do, I know exactly where I am going again for my next purchase. Shout out to Anna for Cosbie for taking the time to go over options with me and letting me take my time in my decision making process and not rushing me while I looked at soooo many options till I found exactly what I wanted. Thank you all again! I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Chase was awesome. Actually we did everything over the phone. I called and told him what my dad needed. He called back with in 15mins and had located thw zero gravity lift recliner chair. I went to the closet Big Sandy, paid for it. And went and picked it up. Dad loves it. ❤️

This past Saturday, I purchased a high end clothes washer. The sales representative, John Adkins, was very helpful in guiding me through the entire transaction. He was honest and forthright in explaining the advantages and specific features of the various brands and models.John was patient and in no way did I feel rushed or indecisive, as he answered all my questions.Thanks to John's friendly and interested assistance, this important purchase was a very pleasurable experience for me.

I needed a complete kitchen package. I checked out Big Sandy online and to my surprise, Tim Williams acutally emailed me from this internet cold call. Nobody follows up any more. Tim did. We spoke on the phone and I told him what I wanted and gave him all of the measurements I had to work with. When I got to Big Sandy today, Tim had a few packages already worked up for me. I saved hours of trying to compare products by myself and in the end I purchased a complete kitchen package with high quality appliances which I would never have picked without Tim's suggestions. I got upper level appliances for a price of 'basic' appliances at every other appliance dealer I have shopped. Good job Tim and Big Sandy! You 'earned' my business the old fashioned way-working the deal from cold call to purchase! Great experience start to finish!

Found a kitchen island that was “on sale” marked down from $2900 to $2200, but looked up the name and model number, and literally, it was the only furniture store in the area that carried it, but anywhere and everywhere else in the entire country that carried it, it’s regular price average was $1200-$1300 and it was on sale most places for under $1000. We looked at washer and dryers as well once before, went to a place in Proctorville, locally owned, that it was better priced, and faster to get delivered and installed and at a better price. Prices are always more here for anything and everything. Do not recommend at all.

Salesperson was nice. I would NOT suggest ordering any furniture. Only buy what is already in stock. Unless you do not mind to wait a very long time to receive it. The timeframes they give you are not accurate. It could possibly be months later when you receive it. If I would have been aware of this, I would not have ordered the furniture. The person taking my payment probably should not be working in customer service. Not nice. Made me feel like it was a bother that I was there at the store and they had to help me.

The people were nice and were able to help the best they could. I liked that Dale checked in with us then let us be without hovering but was available for questions when needed. However, the store's selection was minimal and what is available has a month delivery date. Some of the items advertised were not even there, and they hadn't sold out. They just didn't have them.

Great experience, checkout though needs updating. You stand while they have to type in each item and all your personal information, then they give a ticket to the person sitting beside them, then that person rings up your order, you have to sign the back of a card saying you are picking up the stuff you just bought that is sitting in front of you. Next…you have to show your ID, verifying you are the person that has been standing there for 5 minutes, next… you have sign something else saying you are picking up your items that are right beside you .
