This is the gucci of Big Lots stores, its a brand new renovation probably 1or2 years old. It was in Huntingtons west end but moved. You can find anything here from food, drinks, pet merch to suitcases or furniture. The employees are the best. This one employee named Richard helped me find everything I needed and was very friendly. The cashiers were fast, I was in line maybe 5minutes with 2full cart customers in front of me. I definitely will return to this store and recommend it.

Big Lots in South Point is large & so nice.They have wonderful sales going on right now. The employees are so nice & helpful especially a man named Charlie. He is extremely professional & goes out of his way to help customers. I love it when he is working! We appreciate him very much.

Convenient location near 52 and not far from the west end of Huntington wv. Clean store. Public restroom available. Around Christmas they had some good sales. Bought a couple Christmas gifts. I like they offer the progressive leasing here too. There are some really nice employees here too.

They got my order wrong Honest mistake. The waiter was going to take it back, but I said no its already on the table so I'll take it. It was very delicious.

I sometimes get my cat food here and dog training pads. The cashier told me she hated cats. I don't think thats how you do small talk with a customer but the other employees are nice. They will help you without you even asking.The store usually is stocked well and prices are low.

One of the cleaner and well stocked store. Floor crew was very polite however the woman behind the register is always cold and rude and never has a name tag. She has blondish hair. My last visit she was so busy talking to the girl who just got of work. I went to ask a questuons and got that look of how dare you interrupt me. She has never thanked me. When entering the store if I see her I leave and go somewhere else.

We went in looking for a couch today. The one we wanted wasn’t in stock so the woman working that department called around for us, and then worked with us to find a solution when it wasn’t in stock at any other nearby stores. I didn’t get her name but she was very helpful and we’re very appreciative. We will definitely be back if we need to buy furniture again.

I love this biglots more than any grocery in the area or any biglots I've been to for their customer service. They are always so friendly and helpful here. There's a pretty good selection and should meet most needs. I think the furniture is reasonably priced a good quality. They always send coupons if you sign up that save you a lot of money. Big fan.

I love Big Lots! I was disappointed when they moved locations (from a mile from me to Ohio) but I love the new location and understand why they moved. This one is very nice! Highly recommend them! Super nice staff and very helpful! They go the distance to help you.

Store is so packed that is almost impossible to walk in, and for the grace of a business,'please eliminate that Rags full of clearance you have outside, is a mess everytime we walk in there. And who decided to move things around (why?). Now for a single vitamin you have to look in 3!different location within the store, again, too much stuff packed all together, and customer service need imporovent, hope is better next time. Another thing is prices going up and up. If you keep this practice only you will run customers away to either Walmart or dollar stores across street

WOW. such a big store. lots of items and even some high end thigs. Be sure to ask an associate about what they have in stock for big items. Sometimes a nicer item is in the back and not on display yet.

Almost all the shells for this cleared off and then they go to shut the lights off and lock Us in because they forgot we was in there and then when we get to the register to pay the guy is he makes fun of every item we got and then keep asking me my number for my Big Lots rewards over and over and over again worst Big Lots ever

The ashland store is the worst. Asked 2 times for help lifting a rug..no help...returned rug because of size , recieved partial refund...Horrible lines...no help, Employees are rude.

Liked that it is accessible for mobility scooters and wheel chairs...a little inconvenient at check out. Staff was friendly.
