Pet grooming has always been a pleasant experience. My dog has no hesitation going and has been serviced by several grooming associates over the past 3+ yrs we've had her bathed and groomed there. Service is typically prompt and thorough. Great value by great staff.

I really wished I could give this negative stars. The Lebanon team is completely horrible. Everyone is rude, not helpful, and seems like they hate being there.I've taken my dog a few times for grooming and have had the worse experience. Other than anxiety, my dog is very easy to deal with. After their groomers mishandled him, he never wanted to go back.I've read other reviews about trying to contact corporate. No one cares until they have a lawsuit on their hands.DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY IF YOUR ANIMALS

I wish I would have seen some of these reviews before taking my dog for grooming. The groomer badly injured my dog's ears. I understand accidents can happen, but the worst part is to ommit this and not say anything. I only noticed her ears were bleeding when I got home. I'm definitely going back there today so their vet can check on her ear but I don't have high expectation on a good service after seeing some reviews. My dog never liked grooming because of the dryer, I imagine now she is very traumatized! Very disappointed, not only for hurting my dog but lack of transparency and care! Wish I could give negative star!

Would have received 5 stars if the adopt a pet that occurred on Veterans day was not in the front of the store. Getting through the crowd who wasn't shopping, just oodling over the cute animals (which they were) was a bit challenging. They thought you were trying to get closet so they would move forward. Then, there was no staff to help find stuff. They were all busy with the animals and people looking at the animals.Move that stuff to the back of the store or the middle. Right in the front, crowding the door was a bad move. We had to leave. No help and went somewhere else.We like the store too. Just that particular day, they didn't think that through. If there was a fire, there would have been casualties for sure.

Do not buy their betta fish!! I've bought 2 and they've both died within 2 weeks. They're all sick. I've been a fish keeper for 20+ years. It's absolutely cruel how they care for them!!

I had my 2 year old Papillon groomed at this location. I am always afraid to leave my dog at the groomers in case they come back with a butchered haircut. And I was nervous the whole time my Ginger was gone....but when I arrived to pick G up, I was in awe of how CUTE and GORGEOUS she looked! This is Ginger's beat haircut...ever. Thank you to Stacy C. and the grooming crew!

I look forward to seeing Sara when I visit the Arbor Square store. She’s personable to me and my pup.I recommend Dentley Exotics for any dog owners- especially the chicken hearts. Deacon can’t get enough of them.

We adopted a kitty here and he came with all shots and was already fixed. He is a fun an playful little guy. When it came time to pay though the manager charged us $12 for a cardboard box to bring him home! Fortunately, we were able to return the box the next day for a full refund. 2 stars because the manager was more worried about getting top dollar for the box instead of getting cats adopted

I have a very anxious (and very overweight) beagle mix that the staff are always amazing with. They give great feedback regarding his behaviors during grooming, and are always able to give suggestions regarding what direction to go with his grooming based on the current state of his allergies. I'm very thankful for how great they our with our big cry baby, especially when he howls/screams.

We got a fancy leopard gecko and a bearded dragon there that are both doing well after 6+ months. We regularly get crickets, worms, and pellets for them. Check that worms are lively before buying. They live longer if you drop a baby carrot in the wood shavings.

We love bringing Hank to this PetSmart location to get trimmed/groomed. They are super professional and know the ins and out it my pet. They treat Hank like he is royalty and the hair cuts they give are spot on and we have never had issues with them. Usually it takes 3 to 4 hours for them to do the whole grooming process which is about what other places take.

I have visited the South Lebanon location a few times and had a great experience each time. There is one young man that works there that is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the reptiles. He takes the time to explain what is best for them and what can cause problems as time goes by. I look forward to seeing him when I stop in.

Eva is my girl!!! No one in town makes my guy look better! I can't book online for some reason, so I have to call in, and their payment system does not make tipping easy, so I have to Venmo her, but she's worth it! Overall cost is about the same as other places.

Scheduled an appointment with Jennifer Lewallen for my Havanese puppy's first grooming. Before having a Havanese I had a pug ( very short hair, no maintenance) ...so I knew nothing about the grooming and the high maintenance that is required with having a Havanese. My Havanese puppy was severely matted and I was worried they would haft to shave her completely. Without even expressing my concern Jennifer had takin the time to brush and detangle all the Mats and give my puppy her first and BEST groom! I can't rave enough about Jennifer!! She did phenomenal with my puppy and my puppy felt safe and comfortable and relaxed . I would HIGHLY recommend Jennifer to anyone!!!

Hey I had an awesome experience with a little puppy. The new puppy that I got is ornery and growling at people. And Alex is the dog trainer up there on the weekends and he did a fantastic job he was very patient and give me a lot of pointers. Also the grooming lady up there is named Paige and she was fantastic she was very patient and give me a lot of pointers it was a really great staff. The dog had an accident in the floor and they cleaned it up and they were just super friendly and helpful with me even though my dog was angry and growling. Great staff, cool store!!!!
