I can't wait to go to Wags. It's not that I don't love my mom and dad but they always take good care of me. I get to play with my buddies and then get to rest. They always give me my blanky and dad's shirt in my bedroom and always give me treats. They know my name and love on me too. When it's over, I love going home with mom and dad but I look forward to my next visit. Wags is my second home. And I get to poop there too, whenever I want!

Wags Inn has been a godsend for our family. They are kind, accommodating and truly treat your dog as if they are at their home away from home. Our nervous rescue Bessie goes for both boarding & daycare and we KNOW that when she is there she is in the best hands. I think our Bessie likes playing with her human and dog friends at Wags more than she likes being home sometimes!

Excellent place for your pets. They go above and beyond. Helped get a family member's 2 dogs adopted after their owner passed away. Also, our dogs feel comfortable when we go on trips. It's clean and sprawling.

Our small dog stayed with them for a week while we were away. The farm where wags inn is located is very pretty and well maintained. Facilities were clean. Clear vibe of caring about the dogs in everyone we spoke with, owner especially. We gave somewhat annoying, specific food requests and they were happy to oblige. Even got photos and text updates of her playing with other dogs through the week. Would feel comfortable leaving our girl at wags inn again if the need arose.

I can only comment on the daycare and boarding...The staff is super friendly and flexible. My pups always have a blast when they go and are exhausted when we come home which gives me peace of mind after working all day. And I love that they get outside, in the fresh air, and play on grass versus concrete like most daycare places. It really has a park like atmosphere and I recommend it to anyone that asks.

Just went for our interview. So the dogs haven't stayed yet. But the set up for this place is dog heaven. It's really beautiful and functional. And the dogs loved it. The staff was very friendly. Was recommended by a friend who takes her dog here frequently. And says her dog loves staying here. They get plenty of exercise and play time.

Great facility and great people who take great care of my dogs. I love that they have multiple fenced in areas to be able to put dogs with similar energy levels together as to not overwhelm a lower energy dog with a higher energy dog. They also have a large fenced in area with tall grass and paths so that dogs can sniff around in a confined and safe area. My dogs are always happy to go, and tired when they come home.

Our family has had the absolute best experiences with Waggs. We have been taking our dogs there for over 15 years. Recently we have been taking our two 7 month old Vizslas to Waggs for boarding and also a occasionally for daycare.My little fellas have loved it ! Let them be the judge of how great this place is ! When I pull up to Waggs the puppies are wiggly and happy. They can’t wait to see the staff and greet them with happy grins and sweet wiggles and wags!Lori the owner is absolutely incredible and Stephanie has been very responsive and helpful in sharing pictures and answering all of my questions about their day!There are too many staff members to thank... everyone is highly trained and professional. I absolutely love that they reinforce good habits and training with the dogs.Our family is so blessed that the dogs have this special “home away from home”. Our German Shepherd LOVES it at Wags! He actually surprised us with how good he reacted with the people and the other dogs in his playgroup. He'll definitely be doing some play days here.

I cannot recommend this kennel actually I would run far away Unfortunately due to their neglect they killed one of my really good friends a mistake that should of never happened and can never be reversed. When giving meds to an animal you should ALWAYS have 2 people double check to make sure it’s the right dog and the right amount of medication. Extremely disappointed in these “professionals”.

We take our dogs here regularly. Everyone here is very nice and helpful. The dogs always come home exhausted from playing so much. I love that they post pictures to Facebook so you get a daily dose of cuteness from your pup.

Our great dame loves her days in doggy day care. The staff is top notch and the facility is large and well taken care of. It can be a little bit of a drive to get out there but it's worth it.

If I could give 6 stars I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I was only expected to board my 12 year old lab for 7 days but it turned into 10 because I had car problems on the way home from my road trip. They were extremely understanding of the flexibility I needed on not being able to give them an “exact pickup date”. I could tell he had a good time because although he was “happy” to see me...he wasn’t “100% excited” like he usually is when I’m at work for 8 to 10 hours 🤣. (Which leads me to believe they really did give him the love and attention he needed. Plus, his whole baggie of treats were used so I know he was treated. Was given text updates as well. Super sweet staff! Will definitely use again.

This place is so wonderful. It's like a forty minute drive from Dayton, but my dog loves it there and comes back tired and happy every time she enjoys daycare.

My family and I love leaving our dogs with Wags Inn when we need to board them. They are friendly, they care about the dogs, and the facility is top notch. I wouldn't trust anyone else to care for my boy when I need to board him!

Excellent place to visit and actually see love and care staff provides all of the dogs . All are on schedules with beautiful large fenced in play areas , based on size and temperament of dogs. Magnificent Scenic walking trails are also great for exercise and doggy fun, with staff members!!

I think of Wags Inn Springfield Ohio as a Sandals vacation spa for my dogs. the folk there seem well trained as dog people. sensitive to different doggy personalities and careful to be sure everyone has a great time.

Probably one of the better dog kennels in the Dayton-Springfield area. But they are out in the middle of nowhere. So it can take forever to drop off and pick up your dog. They also have a confusing policy about when they charge you for another day (pickups after 10AM or maybe 12PM). And Sunday pickups are only allowed later in the day, which will cause you to be automatically charged for another day if you can't pick your dog up by 5PM on Saturday.

We are so incredibly thankful for Wags Inn! Our rescue, Scooby, is anxiety driven and couldn't be more comfortably safe at Wags. He is always returned to us happy-as-could-be and exhausted from all the play! (a tired dog is a happy owner!). We are able to travel, etc. at ease, knowing Scooby is with the best care at Wags Inn!
