While biking the Ohio to Erie Trail from Cleveland to Cincinnati my friend developed an excruciating knee pain. We decided to stop here at IGA to grab an Ace bandage to wrap his knee to help get us to Cedarville. Unfortunately IGA didn't carry the Ace bandage, but the gentleman on duty went above and beyond and gave us his own personal Ace bandage that he had in his own bag. This employee did not have to to this, but he did and we really appreciated it. This act of kindness helped get us to Cedarville for the night. Thank you for being so awesome!

When we lived close by, we would always get our groceries here. They are a small old fashioned grocery store. I really appreciate small old fashioned, business. The staff is nice as well. Should swing by if you’re in the area. They have great products

Stopped for some cold beverages on my bike ride back from Xenia to Columbus. Met with absolutely great customer service and a really friendly owner. Great and clean little grocery, def will be back to stop when I’m on the Ohio to Erie trail ❤️

Small town grocery store. Very friendly and helpful. Not the greatest prices when compared to Walmart, or Kroger's, but moderately priced none the less. This is also the only grocery store within at least a 10 mile radius of South Charlston .Uncrowded aisles, good lighting, and a pleasent staff make grocery shopping a good experience here.

I live far away from a decent sized town (25 min.) IGA is a mere 10 minutes. To me paying a little more for convenience is worth it. Shopping here costs a few pennies more per item but again worth it for a quickie run to the store.I would not do a full on monthly shop here based on price and limited selection of brands.

Great hometown grocery store. Very clean very friendly. Their bakery items from Schulers bakery were delicious. I didnt try the hot food deli, but their fried chicken looked yummy!

I had to pass by the store to go to the ear doctor I don't live in town anymore so I had to stop and buy a couple of porterhouse steaks absolutely the best meat I've ever eaten

I've lived in South Charleston for 14 years and previous to that, I lived just outside of South Charleston. I shopped at this store for years for random things. In recent months we have mostly stopped going there, if we can avoid it. The prices are outrageous, we have received expired food on more than one occasion and some of the female employees are very mean spirited. They made a huge mistake by letting the deli manager go. She was the glue that was holding that store together. Why she was let go is disgusting and it's even more bothersome to hear current employees talking badly about the deli manager that's no longer there. This store is the hub for town gossiping.
