I waa looking for a battery for my watch that fitted into a Light House.The people working there guided me to the correct spot. Found a Clerk that knew albout the battery that I needed. She actually had to go to another part of the store and found it! She replaced the old one and placed the new one into the watch! They both were very helpful and kind to me!Walmart got a believer that day, that their people ARE the best! !

I visited this store to purchase a few items like some sharpies, nail polish remover, pillowcase, etc. I was pulled aside by a shadowy figure in a trenchcoat who informed me of the true nature of the employees at this particular Walmart. This humbled me and gave me a new perspective on things. Returning to my car I noticed a creature or two in the parking lot to which I decided to merely observe and not interact. Thank you Walmart!

No one really cares. "Hello" and "bye" but there is no way " Hello, how may I help you". Just because it's on your shorts doesn't mean anything to me.In fact employees avoid people. Managers don't show up in public. It's hilarious and sad at the same time.

Well stocked stove tje staff were friendly. Could have used more tills open as I don't do self checkout I prefer to employ people there was only one till open

My sister ordered a phone for me to be shipped to my house., it showed up yesterday and it could not be activated. I looked online and it seems super common for theses phones to not get "scanned"... How is that, as a paying customer my fault? I am my father's caretaker and I can't hardly leave him for 30 minutes, let alone 90. I wasted an hour on the road to get there and leave with a gift card to try it again... The in store one is $100 more. That should be on the store to make it up.

Walmart doesn’t care about their neighbor like Bellefontaine and Wapakoneta Walmart does in a desperate time of need when our dear neighbor Indian lake got destroyed with tornadoes and refuses to give a 10% discount when our community wants to help!!

Hands down, awesome walmart. Truckers, easy access of I75. I stopped here just to get some quick groceries for the road heading down to Atlanta and I even saved it because I definitely plan on stopping here in the future.

Only thing open was self checkout, if I didn't absolutely need what I was in there for and it wasn't so late I would've just left and went anywhere else. 4 people standing around and you can't open a register? C'mon Walmart don't be a part of the problem, you stand to lose more than anybody

It's a Walmart, so we all know they are about the same. I'm just glad they had cashiers working there. I don't enjoy being forced to check myself out at the register. I don't work here and don't get paid nor was trained on the machine. This location is fairly clean, good deals on Mexican foods, and the deli had a friendly, patient employee which held a wide variety of meats and cheeses. Much better place than other locations.

Don't buy bikes from here. They will fall apart on you. Almost ran over both times. What will it take before they actually make sure they are done properly? Will it be when someone's kid finally dies due to a bike that wasn't properly put together? I'm surprised no one has sued them yet. What a joke.

I had a 1:00 appointment for an oil change and no one was in front of me. They pulled me right in. It is now 2:05 and I am still waiting. There is 1 guy working on vehicles in 4 bays and the other guy apparently just does customer check ins. I won't use their auto service again.

Tire department woman was rude, didn't even let me finish talking before shuffling me off to an awkward place to wait where she could sit and gossip about me in private to her coworker. Stood there and waited like I was invisible.Note: person on the phone also gave me attitude & disregarded poor customer service that I pointed out to him

They're doing the best they can. Bare shelves and freezers. You can see what brands of foods aren't good because no one's bought them. Lots of shrimp. Be patient folks. Love one another. Help others. Do random acts of kindness. Ease someone's load. We've got to almost fall to get through this if then. Urbana Walmart has more food and some supplies (detergent, bleach, etc.). PRAY! PRAY! PRAY!!

Always out of what I need. I hate using self checkout, but sometimes you are forced to. Not enough lanes open, and do not appreciate being asked if I want a printed receipt, when you know you are going to check it at checkout.

DO NO BUY magic the gathering cards here, I bought a fat pack for zendikar rising spent $55 just to come home and see it was filled with Pokémon and NBA cards, I went in to get a exchange or a refund and got told that they don't accept refunds for sealed trading cards but if they don't accept refunds why did I get a obviously tampered with package? it is so frustrating when they obviously fumbled somewhere by putting a package that was opened back on shelfs.the mangers solution was to call wizards of the coast even though its the stores fault for not using common sense.

Poor service employees making fun of customers cashiers sometimes friendly or sometimes on pms hoping when walmarts closing stores this store would be included in with the closers started receiving delivery service from walmarts was great till yesterday brought my stuff saw they had the wrong soda pop told the lady didn't want the brand she didn't speak English she had to translate thru phone she had to take back the whole order then got an email saying I canceled the order I didn't want the soda pop that's all call got a refund and canceled my Walmart
