The two Orkin employees were prompt and ready to examine where the bats could have been entering the house. I feel that they were efficient. At times they had to get on the ladders to seal crevices. I’m confident they did a complete job. Thank goodness.

Orkin has been great, the tech is polite and thoughtful about how and where he applies solution, and has been the same tech for two years, he remembers us and what problem spots were last visit.We’ve had way better luck with Orkin than other pest control companies that seemed to come out and barely staunch the ant problem temporarily during a season. Orkin gets rid of them for a reasonable price and if the problem doesn’t fully resolve, they come back out for free.

The man was just at our house on 716 EAST SPRING STREET I would recommend him to anybody I forgot his name u couldn’t ask for a nicer polite has a nice attitude to spray for bugs we were and have been really generous to have a gentleman as he this is a highly recommended

We have seen a dramatic drop in spiders and creepy crawly things since Orkin has been treating our home.We love that it is natural and safe to our dog.Dalton the technician has a teaching spirit about him and very professional and courteous.It has been a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Service was professional, explained well what was going to be done well in advance and we were given plenty of updates as proper preparation prior to the service rendered and a full in depth summary of treatment of our house. Was told it would take 60-90 days to know if chemicals took effect, but was later told after 30 id have to pay the $1800 again even if it didn't work.This is a great way to get people who don't know what they are doing locked into high interest contracts.

They have always been professional, friendly, on time or they have called if running late or asking if they can come sooner when close-by which is always helpful. I have also found them to be very knowledgeable of what they are here to do and always asking if there is any issues then quick to act on them. I have had to change my appointment in the past due to unforeseen circumstances and the office personnel are quick to reschedule! Thank you for all you do!

Crew installed devices to make my attic pest free. Everything was installed very professional way. They will come back once a year for four more years to inspect my attic and if it's not pest-free they will install more devices, and if I hear anything they'll come and take a look and install more devices. I would have given them a five-star except they moved all my furniture on my patio to do their work, they did not put the furniture back the way it was.

I like that he explains everything to me.He was very nice,I can't wait for him to come back in two weeks. I'm ready to move, but can't cause of this situation. I am very afraid of any kind of bugs and he assures me it will get a lot better.IT GOT WORSE!!!Well I stopped using them. I really believe they bring their own bugs. Now things are a lot better. But now that these people have been working outside the house and leaving large holes in the ground at the foundation, who knows whats going to happen

Leroy has been our “Orkin Man” for a few years now, and he is the best. We just received our service today so I'm unsure of the effectiveness. With that being said the employee I had come into my home was extremely respectful, and answered all the questions I had. I feel like she did a fantastic job at getting any and all places where bugs could be or come into our home. I love that they spray around the inside and outside perimeter of our home!
