I had a bad experience with this place In Good Hands in regards to have an unauthorized pet washing charge. I found out when I came to pick up my dog after having her boarded and having a limited budget. That a previous complementary pet wash was was now a additional up charge but, decided to not tell me it was or asked if we wanted this service done for an additional cost(This doubled how much are bill was or pretty close to it). But, the icing on the cake to top things off I asked where in her place of business is the list of services and what the charges are? And she said no where she didn't have these things posted anywhere. I asked so how do you determine what the prices are for a pet cleaning are? and she proceeds to tell me whatever she wants to charge. So I said so you could charge me whatever you want and that's that? And not any of your prices for your services offered are posted anywhere? And she said yes this is correct. After I paid and left she proceeds to tell me that we are no longer welcome to use her services any longer. This is my experient In Good Hands.

Ashley is always so good with our dogs. Very friendly and caring. We also board our dogs with them when we go away. They are always well cared for. Highly recommend!

Ashlie has amazing uplifting personality! Ashlie & Lynda are both wonderful! So much kindness & caring. Friendly clean environment. My rescue fur babies were treated with love. Very reasonable. I highly recommend in good hands. They do an amazing job!

What a great place to take your dog to be groomed. Ashlie and Lynda are both wonderful!The day before I brought my Collie to In Good Hands, she was covered in burrs. I started cutting the burrs out because brushing wasn't working. It was after 6 p.m. and I assumed everyone was closed.I called In Good Hands, and I was able to get her in the next day. They washed, groomed, and brushed as much as they could to keep our dog looking like a Collie. I was so pleased when I picked her up. She looked great and still does a few days later. Hubby was pleased, too.I recommend them highly.Mr. Martin is pictured. He goes there too. He's a Pomsky.

Ashley provides Superior service! She is very flexible and works with you. Her clean, friendly environment, amazing personality, and kindness won my family and I hearts! Our Australian Shepard was so well taken care of, not too mention well groomed! She looked even better coming home with us then when we brought her in lol. I would highly recommend Ashley to be your pet boarder the next time you want to get away!

We needed a place for our dog during a family emergency & our regular pet boarder was full. They recommended In Good Hands. What a wonderful place with caring people! They treated Timber as one of their family members & we will definitely board him there again. We also had him groomed while there & he looks great!

Tried to get my dog boarded here. Called to ask questions, asked to see the facility and got attitude about it. Said I could but really made me feel like I shouldn’t have asked. Thought I had a reservation set up and would see the facility but when I called to ask more questions 6 days before my vacation they had no record of my call or my or my dogs name listed. When I said the voice sounds different I was made to feel stupid and like a liar. Was not able to board my dog here as they were full. They boarded some family members pets for the same vacation though and they all seemed happy with the care provided

Took my German Shepherd and newly-adopted cat for their first grooming. They were so happy when I picked them up and looked great! They even put a bandana on my dog and a bow tie on my cat, which was an adorable surprise.Highly recommend! Will definitely be back!

Our dog Molly is a husky and she loves to run! Once again she managed to escape. I kept driving my truck behind her all the way to Count Your Blessings farm, coaxing and cajoling her to come. But she decided that the smell of cornfields was a lot better than what I had to offer! And she saw deer! I lost her track and went home as we have subscribed to a service that would let is know if someone found her.It so happened that Ashlie from In Good Hands managed to get her in her boarding facility and called the service that we are subscribed to. Ashlie had fed and watered Molly for us. A big Thank You Ashlie!I recommend this business. Seems like destiny to me, but In Good Hands has a new customer now!

This is the first time I’ve boarded my dog with In Good Hands. I have received text messages about how my dogs are doing. Additionally, I also received a video of them playing together. I highly recommend In Good Hands. I truly feel my dogs are in good hands with them while I’m halfway around the world (South Africa).

Took great care of my 9 yr old pug Yogurt! Boarded him for a weekend and they're relatively inexpensive! Definitely board with them again!

I was visiting Piqua from Kansas with my goldendoodle and awoke to a poopy emergency. My 6 month old puppy had succumbed to the stress of travel and his gut was paying for it. He had had the runs all through the night in his crate and was covered in poo! I was horrified and not sure what to do since staying with family; I didn't want to have to dirty their tub with my dog's poo. Thank God for Lynda at "In Good Hands!" Not only did she take him BEFORE her shop even opened, she charged a meager discounted rate for a bath only. But, she didn't give him just a bath... She trimmed his nails, cleaned his ears, and shaved around his rump at no extra cost to me! She was a lifesaver in a time of need and was thoroughly accommodating, kind, and helpful. Would use her again in a heart beat!

Excellent place for getting your oofies groomed she loves what she does and it shows .both of our dogs that we get groomed look great every time they go to her and even our German Shepard let's her clip her nails and THAT says volumes about her way with animals.she grooms my schnoodle and when she was still with us she did our old English sheepdog.the picture is Mr.Mitch our schnoodle..
