Poor customer service my one particular associate! She looks at you like oh no here’s another one. And ask me if I wanted my items bagged in a rude manner. I just gave it right back at her NO ! Want your receipt. Again in a rude way of course I said NO I was just ready to get out of there ! If she is in there when I go back again I will walk back out and not purchase anything!! I’ve given her many chances this was it! Hey lady Smile Greet your customers ! If you can’t you are in the wrong field !!!

Have a great price on cards! I imagine they have to unload trucks very quickly to get products out to really make a good profit, pay employees, etc. That is a never ending task, have done it many times before at other workplaces. I read other reviews & yes, many that run cash registers in ANY store are not nice nor friendly. I've been a cashier and would've been fired if I ever treated customers like a large percentage get by with today. Can't say I have an opinion on the service at Dollar Tree in town, nothing bad pops out, I just know I'm not always overly impressed by some the cashiers there. A simple hello or did you find everything goes a long way in customer service, talking to ALL retail stores.

Just an FYI, when and if you ever order anything from their website and you get an email saying its ready for pick up, its not, it won't be ready for pick up until that night, or the following day. They email you saying your order is ready when their truck gets there while their unloading it

Even though the store is relocating to the new store, they still have alot available in the present one. Always seems to have what I'm looking for. I can't wait for the newer and bigger store to open

Very poorly designed parking lot. Handicap parking, but the doors aren't handicap accessible. Trying to get into the building is a pain.

I'm standing in a line of 30+ people and there is one cashier open. The other clerk is blowing up balloons as if the line doesn't exist.Ridiculous.

I only found some of the things that I wanted. When I asked for help the older lady said she didn't know where it was and could not tell me who did. Your Dollar Tree SUCKS
