I would give zero stars if I could. I have taken my two poodle pups to 4 Paws twice and both times they came back to me with razor burn and multiple nicks by their eyes and on their necks and feet. Very disappointed, especially when we discussed the issue with them after the first grooming. Will not be bringing them back. Very upsetting…

I called and left a few messages and she texted me and I couldn't get an appointment scheduled or even a response I was referred by a friend that used her for the dog I adopted from her so I'm not going to be using her service and looking for another groomer

I have tried many groomers throughout the years but once I found 4 Paws, I knew there was no leaving! Out of my poodle, golden retriever, golden doodle, and chihuahua- everybody comes home looking great. Vondas love for animals, and passion for her job definitely shows through her work, and on top of that she treats my animals like her own! What more can a fur-parent ask for? I can not recommend her enough, and my dogs are always so excited to go and be spoiled!

Worst ever they can't even handle a puppy all we needed was his long hair cut but since he peed alittle cause he was excited. Like a puppy does she did not want to mess with him and just gave him a bath when we could do that cheaper then $50. You guys were lucky my wife picked him up cause if it was me I would not pay you guys cause you did not do your job. You guys are groomers you should know how to handle a puppy. That was the worst 4 hours it took you 4 hours just to give him a bath you got me messed up.

I'm very careful about who I let around our pets when it comes to groomers. Having owned several dogs we have also dealt with groomers who didn't truly care. And so we became very careful. When we moved back to Ohio we needed to find a vet and a groomer. Our appointment was first with the vet. I apologized for my baby being ungroomed and explained I had been having trouble finding a groomer. I continued telling him I finally found one and we go next week. He asked me where was I taking him and I said 4Paws Grooming Salon. He said that's who I would have suggested. That made me feel better.I was so impressed. Our dog didn't hesitate to go back without me. They cut him exactly as I asked. Explained that they didn't have the same blade as his last groomer and told me the difference. We were so happy with the out come. When people show you they care and it's not just a job.....you feel better. I'd recommend 4Paws Grooming Salon to anyone just getting a puppy or to someone new to the area.

I texted 4 Paws on Monday (a day they are closed) and got a response right away; they even setup an appointment for me to have my 14 month old Goldendoodle groomed. I took my Goldendoodle in for grooming was returned to a clean well groomed puppy. I would highly recommend 4 Paws for your pet grooming needs.

I wouldn't even give one star. I have been taking my dogs to 4 Paws Grooming for at least 4 years thinking they were trust worthy people. I picked up both of my dogs and realized that my German Shepherd looked like he had bleeding to both of his eyes. The groomers said that he did fine except he didn't like the dryer so he wasn't dry all the way. Something had to happen and I feel like they are lying. I took my dog to the veterinary hospital right away and they told me they usually don't see dogs eyes like that unless they get hit by a car or have a trauma/strain of some sort. My German Shepherd has severe bruising to both eyes. I will never take my dogs there again.

Went in to see about setting my dog up for an appointment... was told they Don’t do walk ins , I need a appointment, asked how to set an appointment , then was told I need shot records before I could set up an appointment... which should of been the first thing said .. the lady’s seemed rude And unwilling to accept a black woman’s buisness! I won’t be back nor will I recommend.

Took my coton in and Bradley destroyed her coat even cut all the hair off her tail did nothing to her face paws and didnt clip her nails and had her for 5 hours will never take her there again
