The whole team are a great bunch of hardworking people, they never complain, they are usually chipper and always ready for my terrible sense of humor. I buy my milk here, it's the freshest in Shelby due to the high volume sold. It's sometimes a good place to people watch too.

Was called a "B" and was treated VERY RUDELY by a cash register "girl" .VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Then she TRIED to start a fight while she was working when I called her B back! I apologize for the kids around. She has no business working in the public! I live down the street and NEVER a problem UNTIL HER! SHE HAS TO GO! MANY years I've spent lots of money there!!!!! Please stand with me when I say.....THOSE TYPES OF PEOPLE HAVE NO PLACE IN PUBLIC! BYE B!!!!!! I won't stop fighting for us against people like you until YOU ARE GONE!!!!! Always thought this was a decent gas station in Shelby, but for quite a while now they say they cannot take Mickey Mart gift cards. They just shrug and say there's nothing to do about it. Not sure what to do with my gift card now.Update: They have accepted the gift card. Usually one of the cheapest gas stations in town.

Most of the associates have horrible customer service skills and you can tell they don't care. Half the time their out of inventory. Multiple times the credit/debit system is not working correctly so I'd go to the next station and it would work fine. My experiences here have been disappointing. Wont give them anymore chances. Hoping the new valero will be ran like a real business should be.

Kind and polite staff, and all the convenience items you could want. They get busy sometimes and there may be a wait but they have always been good to me.
