A great small town hardware store with literally everything and anything you could need! Friendly staff that are willing to help you find what you are looking for and answer any questions that you have. Great repair service as well. You can't go wrong shopping here!

I use Ace Hardware about once every two months or so for small household tasks and projects. Everyone is really friendly and very helpful. No one minds that I'm not buying big items and they are willing to help me figure solutions out for when I don't know what I'm doing. They've fixed my lawn mower twice and my snowblower once, all quickly and cheaper than I expected. My local heroes for sure.

Went in exasperated with an issue I was having at home. Lee, quickly stepped in to help me find what I needed to fix the issue at hand. Fantastic customer service. He went above and beyond to help me. He even loaded my car for me. 60lb sand bags. They always have what I need and everyone there is willing to help. But ask for Lee, what a great guy!

The employees are this store are fantastic! Sherri has been awesome since day one, remembering who I am and my current projects like a pro! I'm so sad to be leaving the area, but I am going to miss her the most! Yes, they have other awesome employees, and quick to help and all, but Sherri is something special!

They are helpful but alittle to helpful. They follow you around like FBI agents with there ear pieces in. The last time I went there she asked if I needed help I said no thanks and on the way to the back I heard her radio to another associate to watch the guy with the blue pants and gray shirt. No thanks I will go out of my way to go to Lowes or Home Depot from now on were the prices are cheaper anyways. I dont mind helping out these smaller stores but don't make me feel like a criminal when I shop there. That will be the last time I shop here.

Friendly staff, always so quick to offer help and you can't miss a employee if your looking for one they are actually staffed. Unlike lowes and home depot where you push a button and hope someone comes. Then hope again they are over 18 and have turned a wrench before.

This store lived up to the claim of "helpful hardware man." I interacted with three employees for separate items. Each seemed knowledgable about the items, or were able to steer me to the employee with the information. The staff seemed happy to see me and and interested in helping me get what I needed. Great job!

Overall good place. A few young guys will absolutely go out of their way to make sure you find what you need. Most of the older chaps have no problem with sharing those golden "make it easier".

Went here to buy brass stock for a project. The prices marked on the product display is different than what it rings up at check out if it rings up. Then they have to look it up in the system and its a completely different price. So they have to go look at the display then tell you another price. I purchased 5 peices of brass and was going to my vehicle. Looked at the receipt and was charged for 6. Also dont need asked if I need help 600 times. If I wasn't felt rushed I may have spent more money. I think this will be the last time I visit this store. Would rather drive the extra 7 miles to buy my project supplies.

Prices are on average at least $1.00 to $2.00 more than going to Mansfield. Said they check prices constantly. I call BS.
