Easy to get to.. The employees are very professional and friendly. Great selection. It always surprises me on the variety of items they carry. It's a great general store! They have what you need and more at great prices!

Love my local DG! Everyone is always helpful & friendly & know exactly where products are if I am in a hurry & need something quick! Remind me of my usual items I always get & they don't see it in my cart! Lol they never let lines back up! They work together as a team to get customers serviced! they are top knotch!

Nice for Shadyside,but store seems to be out of certain items often & items a bit scattered everywhere.The main problem is that there is one certain employee there who is not friendly & very unprofessional as well! I over heard her speaking badly about a customer (who was still in the store shopping & within ears distance when she said it!) to another employee. Basically asking if the woman was still in the store & if so where was she now,because she was getting on her nerves! The lady was standing in the next aisle,right beside me. So,if I heard it...then I know that she definitely had to have heard it also! She looked around & seemed embarrassed & then immediately went to check out after that. When the lady was checking her out,she still had attitude! The customer asked her a simple question about a product & she answered her very sarcastically!The worst part is that I am pretty sure that this employee is or at least was the person in charge of the store on that day anyways!My fiancé & I shop there daily. But,after I seen & heard the way that she treated that customer...which was completely uncalled for!! I have not been back & told my fiancé to not return there as well.I plan to file a complaint with the corporate office concerning this incident!
