We always have a great experience with grooming. Our one dog actually gets excited to see his friends at Seville Animal Hospital, he always runs right inside. Sometimes when it is time to go he doesn’t notice me standing there because he is so excited to greet everyone on his way up front.

We recently lost our sweet boy, Dakota. The staff was very kind, as always. Dr Austin was kind and very patient. She told us we could come early and spend as much time as we wanted to love on him before putting him to sleep.I cannot say enough about Faith. She was the best. She was kind, explained every step and kept checking on us. However, we did not feel rushed at all. She has a very soft voice and is so empathetic. She told us about the walk she took him on and things he did that morning. She definitely is the right person for that job.Dr. Austin and Faith both made us feel that it was the right decision to let him go.The most thoughtful thing was they brought in a jar of “Goodbye Kisses” “because no dog should go to Heaven without tasting chocolate.I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I brag to everyone about how Seville Animal Hospital is the best veterinarian in the North East Ohio area!! Their facilites are top notch. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate. Their doctors are first rate and trained in animal behavior as well as animal physical health.They care for our fabulous Bengal cat babies very well!! (Picture of Pixie & Sitka at the old facility!) I can’t imagine life with out the Seville Animal Hospital.They are always just a phone call away when you’ve got a question about the furry members of your family. They’ve been fantastic about offering advice and sound counsel when it comes to all things animals! As a newer pet owner, I really appreciate that!!

I appreciate how clean the office is and how cautious they are. From the moment I walked up to the door and saw signs stating if your dog has been coughing to please stay in car and call the office. That tells me that they take the health of your pet serious and take the proper precautions to stop the spread of kennel cough. The entire staff was very friendly and thorough showing care and respect to both me and my fur baby. It was a pleasant experience, we were in and out after a vaccine and thorough exam.

The doctors and staff are exceptional! We know leaving our pup for grooming or for her yearly shots and wellness, she is in caring, loving, compassionate, hands. Who else gets a doggie daycare report card from their actual Vet?! There is nowhere else we’d even consider taking our pets. The best animal hospital hands down. Recently, we experienced an emergency with our cat who had stopped eating and drinking. Dr Austin and the whole team at Seville Animal Hospital treated her like she was their own cat. They were very thorough in communicating throughout the process and made sure we felt equipped to continue her care from home when we checked out. Whether it be annual visits, teeth cleaning or this recent unexpected illness, they have been amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vet clinic that treats you like family!! Great job, team!

Love it here! They are always so professional and nice and show my dog lots of love. She recently had teeth cleaning and removal done and they did a great job. She was happy when I picked her up and she has had no issues afterwards and her teeth look great and breath is 1000% better. They always call a few days after to check up on her and they genuinely care.
