Can't complain. I got what I needed. Take a shower; it's pretty small. Everything works OK. Store, it's pretty decent. Clean & organize. nice people work here. Didn't use restroom to prove what other people say about they old, but better than nothing.Spend a night here, a lot of parking. During this night, it seems easy to get a spot at any time.

Stopped and grabbed a shower and snacks. Showers were spotless very impressed. Downstairs Kim and Tony treated me like I own the place. Realize this it’s raining like crazy outside and they’re in the happiest moods. YOU KNOW LIKE THE FIRST 80 degree sunny day of the year type mood. I had choices in where to stop. I’m so glad I stopped here. Thanks everyone at Pilot Seville, OHBig Ern

Dear Lord I need a tetanus shot! Bathroom was so nasty I decided to go in the parking lot where at least it didn’t smell as bad. I felt dirty after coming out of the dates building and I’m old! I’m sorry but that is no where near the standard that corporate has mandated. Big parking lot but other than that, hard pass for me.

Big ol beer cave In the downstairs section, plenty of parking. I wish corporate would help update the place though the interior is a bit run down and grimey looking especially the laundry area, and get some flying j pizza here! Nice hot showers here

Cashier was nice… could be a nice place if updated and there was something to eat in there besides Subway…. Looks like to me at one time it would have been super nice…. They need someone over seeing the parking lot…. There’s drop trailers and trucks that are parked in spots that’s been there along time…. Plus looks like drivers leave there trucks there as well for home time

Well so far looks like it needs a new maintenance person the bathroom is trashed pee on the floor etc. I think the pilot corporation needs to step in and maybe revamp. The staff are nice that I've seen I haven't got into the shower yet I will update when I do.

Came in for a cold fountain drink. Just my luck the ice dispensers were broken. Oh well. Bit of an oddly laid out split level store. The store is basically spread out over 4 floors.

Fast, easy, well priced gas and a nice store. They have a restaurant and showers if you need them. Right off the highway and other fast food within walking distance. Good stop for travelers and locals.

Smallest. Shower. Ever!. see pictures. the fan was not working and it was humid as you know what. The shower head is like a typical pilot shower head water everywhere, but lots of water pressure. Plenty of parking even late at night however parking is on a hill, so you will be sleeping at an awkward angle. Store is nice and large with plenty to choose from, And the staff is very friendly.

Bathrooms are very lit. For tiles are painted over so don't be spooked. But sit stains from 1998 is still here.

The pumps always have something wrong, go in to find a attendant and no one is around. Most of the people are very pleasant when you are able to talk to someone. Bathroom could use a good remodeling, and cleaned more frequently. It would be nice to get a receipt at the pump instead of having to go all the way inside, the attendant will tell that you can get one at the pump but you can't it doesn't work. This used to be one of my favorite pilots to stop at not so much anymore.

If you are even remotely claustrophobic, don't shower here! The water pressure is low and the showers are very tiny! The handicapped truck space is nicely located as long as you don't mind several stairs to enter the building or are willing to walk down a hill with uneven ground to go into the accessible entrance. The place is designed like an old Tetris game mated with a maze.

Employees are always so helpful and kind! It's the customers like the Karen that was behind me in line the other day that don't help when they open their fat mouth because they're in a rush or late....maybe she should of just started her day a little earlier. Good work pilot

I hate leaving bad reviews. But as a trucker who comes here often I feel a little slighted. Honestly the "remodel" done to the upstairs/trucker restrooms made this place worse. Painting over tile? Painting the inside of the sinks? Ew... Truckers kept you afloat during the pandemic and are surely your largest customer base. Would be nice to provide them with a nicer place to freshen up during their 14 hour days.🤷‍♂️

Been stopping at this place for a couple years now ,have seen it steadily going downhill. To the point now that the bathrooms are dirty and in disrepair. Very little food on the griller/ rollers. Even most times understaffed, ( no one to clean the showers so, after running hard all day no showers available after 5 pm. ) Parking lot most times trash is overflowing,, Honestly gonna think about finding somewhere else to camp on Monday night .Maybe the TA ACROSS THE STREET.

Showers so small you have to lean on the toilet to sit because the paper machine is almost over where you sit.Shower so small good luck bending down to wash your legs.It's just a drop lot now.

Pretty big lot, and big store, two levels. Tv room, laundry room, etc. Subway on 1st level. Showers are tiny with no place to put you stuff. Shower had serious pressure.

Typical pilot. Borderline disrespectful to my fellow truckers as usual these days. Coffee bar was a disaster, counter tops were sticky and out of several creamer styles. Trash on floors between isle as the employees just walk over and passed it. Men's restroom was not cleaned recently from its appearance...as I said. A typical pilot

Worst pilot. The company needs to upgrade this location. Showers are old and tight and they always have a sign on the door. No SHOWERS. Even though you can book the shower on the app and keep waiting. No customer service as they will never refund your shower!!

I remember when this was a nice Pilot. What happened? Fuel islands are in poor condition. Window cleaning solution is full but the squeegees are in poor condition. The Men's restroom upstairs is just plain trashy. I've been in dive bars that had better restrooms. There's no excuse for this. If the management can't manage their funds enough to keep a money pit such as this in great condition. Corporate office should pull their franchise and make them become a Mr Fuel.

The people are genuinely nice. Today I was in the area and stopped to shower and eat. I must say I was disappointed. I reserved a shower on the app however when I entered it it was not clean at all. No towels and no one around and csrt right outside. Suds still in the shower along with soap suds on bar soap holder and hair all in the shower. I looked for someone to gain towels and had to get my own off of the cart outside the door. Very disappointing. Lita of peo0lw come and go in this kind of atmosphere and in hopes a shower is clean is what we look forward to especially since we don't get to as often as someone being in the comfort of their home every night after their work day is done. Ours is different. We don't have that option. I feel I walked in to a shower that was just used prior to me entering and not cleaned. It was still wet and warm soap still in the shower and hair as well. I'm not one to complain due to prior history of working in the industry at a TA in Lamar, pa. So I know how it can be. This was unacceptableI hope it gets better

Great truck stop!!! Love the little souvenirs! They have regular gas station things like drinks and snacks. There's restrooms.

Not the place to come for a shower. Lots of steps at both sides of the building. Rooms are tiny with no bath bench to pull out from under the sink. No countertop. Tiny shelf high on the wall. Will my ChapStick roll into the toilet? LoL.
