Here is how every check out goes. Take your items to register, they force u to move items to self checkout. Self check out fails. Then they spend 15min trying to fix it while a giant line forms behind u. Then they make u move to ur original register. After 35 of these experiences ive decided i will NEVER use this circle k ever again. 0/5 stars

I am 51 years old with a gray beard. I was asked for ID to purchase alcohol. I presented my US Passport and was told I needed an Ohio driver's license or Ohio state ID to complete the purchase. Sheetz (new just down the street), where they exercise common sense and don't card old people, is going to devour this Circle K. Good riddance.

The cashier. it was pleasant, but I don't like her trying to hold up the line making everybody use self check out.I don't like self check out and I shouldn't be forced to use it. This is the 4th and last time I'll be going to the store,. It's the same thing every time.

The bathroom was trifling, I told the lady who was wiping down the counter by the food and she rolled her eyes at me. However the gentleman who was the cashier was the nicest guy ever. He's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1

My life functions around the city of Medina and Seville, and I use Circle K on Wooster Pike very often. Usually, it's clean and convenient, but there is this woman who works there who is pretty rude. Today, it hit an all time new where I now must say something. So today, I was standing in line for a solid 3 minutes with two others behind me. The cashier completely ignored us when I attempted to call out to her. At first, I thought maybe she didn't hear me, but an older woman behind me in line said I was perfectly loud enough, so I took the initiative to walk over to the cashier who was counting hot dog buns and said, "Excuse me, could we check out please?" She looked up at me with an annoyed grin and pointed at me, then to the counter and said: "Yeah, go stand in line and be patient." Whoa...Seriously? I turned around, went back in line feeling like a scolded child to wait. The older woman who was standing behind me goes, "That was rude. Want me to say something?" I told her honestly, "I don't know, I a bit dumbfounded." Because really, I was. I've never been a customer and treated that way. Well, the cashier came over and not-so-politely rang me out. I asked for a bag, which she nearly threw into my hand and said, "Hopefully your day slows down." Wow. Way to insinuate that I was in too much of a hurry for you. I'm on my lunch break - you were counting hot dog buns with a line at the register. Clearly she needs to reevaluate her priories. But it truly is a shame, I really doubt I will be going back there now. But I cannot condone customer service like that. From now on, I'll take the extra mile to the Pilot or TA down the road.

I usually stop at a circle k that has a drive through so I dont have to stand in line inside. I was driving through seville and stopped at this store to get a soda. On the door they have a sign that says face masks are mandated to enter the store,so I put my mask on and went in .The employees do NOT have face masks on. I only seen one that had hers on. I guess the face masks only apply to the customers and not your employees. I know I won't be going back to this store again.

Woman cashier stopped checking people out and started pacing back and forth until another cashier came out from the back. The male cashier started cursing at the customers for the high crime of showing up at an inconvenient time. My son and I had to leave our stuff behind and leave because of this.

Large lot with diesel truck pumps out back. Half the windshield washers are broken and none have any windshield washer cleaner. The restroom is disgusting with a bottle of cleaner as a substitute for hand soap. At 8pm their are no food options. The 2 stars is because of the large lot that is clear from snow. Keep your expectations low and you will be happy.

I usually have a good experience here but a few weeks ago I have to say the young lady at the counter was extremely rude and not helpful. The lady at the other cash drawer was able to help me and made thing right. Highly upset with the first customer service I received, but I gave a 2 star bc the regular lady at the cashier was very delightful

Bathroom epidomy of disgusting. One stall had human waste in it. All locks broken on stalls and in very filthy condition. Health would close this entire location if they were to see tjis

Coffee area is typically a mess. Sticky. Restroom (men's) has never been clean the few times I've used it. Staff is generally friendly and decent service considering how busy they are

Just called cause new to area & whoever answered not only couldn't tell me if they have gift cards but hung up on me cause he was new & wouldn't take the time to ask someone, oooohhhh hard job.

I like to pay at the pump so i can save time and dont have to go in and stand in line. Now with social distancing it is even more important. so i pick a pump away from everyone pump my gas and when i asked for a reciept it told me to see attendant. Keep the paper in your pumps for reciepts especially now.

Just stopped here and the bathroom is trashed!! Fecal matter all over the toilet and sinks look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks! Gotta do better, especially with the virus we are dealing with!

Price on road sign often lower than the actual pump price...deceptive or lazy?Also, every time I do stop pumps NEVER have recipe tape. Shouldn't that be a primary function of the person working?

The cashier, Vicky, is friendly and knows where everything is in her store. Bathrooms were clean. Only thing negative...no hot breakfast sandwiches at 5 a.m.

I've once came here with my mom for First Class cigarettes but they don't but found Traffic cigarettes which is almost the same price as First Class

Ive noticed lately when other stations in the area are having a price war, this place turns the pricing sign at the road OFF so they arnt advertising a higher price then others in the area...Kinda shady...
