The compassion they have for you and your pet is wonderful, this is not the first time they have taken our pet (our babies) asap, they explain EVERYTHING that's going on and what's needed to be done, they are a blessing , they actually treat you like your animal matters. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Our Bassy went to the rainbow bridge , they made him and my husband and I comfortable, they showed compassion and caring was so gentle with him, Let us stay in the room as long as we wanted, they took care of everything from the cremation to the pick up, thank you all, your Angels for animals

The entire staff here are very caring towards the animals. Their prices are great compared to what I’ve seen elsewhere. Our cat had a urinary blockage and needed to be hospitalized for nearly 3 days. I know how quickly these things turn fatal but they were able to get him in and start treatment immediately. They made sure to call me to give updates on how he was doing and went in on their day off to check on him. That was very comforting and helped ease the stress of the situation. I don’t think we could’ve had a better experience than we had here.

The entire staff is so sweet and truly love animals and seemingly enjoy their jobs. My lhasa apso, who thinks he's a cat, loves the store cat that visits the guests.The vet is very kind and happy and seems to be thorough. She does not overcharge like many other vets do, nor does she do anything without asking first so that you're surprised by the bill, as I've had happen elsewhere.

We have taken our English Bulldog to Janelle for about 5 years now. She is the absolute best. She is extremely knowledgeable and always knows exactly what his issues are. The team is amazing. The assistants are always so friendly and nice. Nothing but great service. Would highly recommend this center for all pets! They're awesome!

Should have stopped coming here when my mini aussie with hydrocephalus was starting to show signs of aggressiveness (symptoms of the extra brain fluid) was given medication way beyond her size and she could not even walk after 1 pill. (Half of the dose prescribed). When i called i was told that was the only size available. So a 15 lb dog gets the same dose as an 80lb dog? Really ?? Fast forward, I was trying to adopt a rescue dog called and told office that the group would be calling for verification. They not only gave my info but also my son's info which was not authorized. My son no longer goes there and therefore the info was also inaccurate. Will never go back when I spoke w Dawn inside the office she made excuses for what happened very unethical and not acceptable for me.

First off we come in with a dog who’s elderly but relatively healthy. You gave us antibiotics saying it’s for a UTI. Less than 24 hours after she takes the pill she starts acting completely differently and dies. Not only that but now you don’t answer your phones on the day you’re open. Please don’t bring your pets here if you love them.

Great place when you can get an appointment. The Dr and most of the staff are amazing.Unfortunately there is someone there using and promoting the use of a prong collar with no background of usage on the collar. Improper use of the collar will do more harm than good with training, demure, and personality of dog.

The staff are compassionate and and sensitive to the needs of the pet .Very good at answering questions .we took our AIREDALE TERRIER puppies for their first visit. Tails docked dew claws removed .advised to start Deworming 2 weeks after birth . 6 weeks after birth to administer shots . Vet very much customer service oriented , accurate , and professional . Highly recommend this veterinarians hospital

Terrible place to take your pet. This vet appears to have lost her love for animals. Staff is friendly, but don’t let vet b.s. you because she is poor at her job. She does not explain things, does not care about your time. Cheaper in price, but you get what you pay for. They are much better vets to go to less than a half hour away. Research this first, please for your pets sake. Will never return there, 7 years and I almost learned the hard way. Thank God there are veterinarians out there that know how to take care of our pets. Read the other 1 Star comments on here, these one learned the hard way, don’t do this to your pet. Will never recommend this vet.

They made us an appointment for monday feb. 7th at 415. When we arrived there was nobody there and a sign on the door that said they closed at 2pm. We never recieved a call informing us of the time change or to reschedule appointment. Its obvious our business and time means nothing to them.

Just called because my dog has what looks like an abscessed tooth. Normally I take my dog to primary pet care 4 normal visits. However they do not do surgeries or emergency care. So I have to find an animal hospital to take her. When I called this place I was on hold for 5 minutes then was told they could not see my dog because there is no availability then she says thanks for calling and hung up the phone. It honestly felt like the lady did not want to deal with me and had no sympathy. I will not be making any appointments with them now or in the future. They're supposed to be an animal hospital to turn away a sick dog is not right.

Terrible vet don't go here!!!! Desk staff was amazing however the vet did the specific things I asked questions about that she wouldn't discuss with me. She just did what she wanted and wouldn't discuss treatment with me for my puppies first visit to a vet before just pumping her with shots which is exactly what I didn't want. If you want customer service from your vet don't go here!!!!!

I have been with Community Veteranary for about 10 years. I have always found caring people ready to help. When my mom's dog died, they took care to get a paw print and arrange cremation. They were not asked for the paw print, but it was very much appreciated. Very, very caring Veteranary Services.

Two of my dogs died right after receiving treatment at this vet facility. The first had elongated palate surgery and the second dog had cherry eye surgery (minor surgery). Both dogs were sent home immediately after the surgery. The first dog lived until the next morning and died - his throat had gotten so swollen he could not breathe - he should have spent the night at the vet, so they could have kept an eye on him. The second dog died one hour after bringing her home. They did her eye surgery at noon and at 12:45 I was called to come pick her up asap. They were closing at 1pm (it was a Friday and beautiful outside) and I'm assuming they didn't want to be bothered. When our dog was picked up, she was struggling to breathe, by the time she got home (about 12 min drive) her tongue had turned purple and she couldn't even walk, because of the lack of oxygen. We put her in our car and planned on taking her to another vet about a half hour away, we didn't even make it 10 mins down the road and she died. This is the 4th time she had been under anesthesia - the other 3 times by different vets - and we never ever had any issues with her breathing after the other surgeries. I'm not sure if this vet is not experienced enough with my breed or just wanted to get us done and out of the way - why she didn't keep our two dogs for a few hours after surgery to monitor them - I don't know, but both would still be alive if a little more time was spent on them and we weren't just rushed out the door. We will NEVER go to this vet again - and will give our opinion about this place if ever asked. She may be good for vaccinations, but that's about it. She may be cheaper than others, but the saying "You get what you pay for" is very true when it comes to this place. I have lost two dogs now because of them, and all I'll get is a sympathy card in the mail.......
