I love the convenience of this store in my rural area...just two problems I see. One, there are always carts full of unstocked merchandise sitting in front of lots of the shelves. I usually have to move them around to get to what I want...could also be a fire hazard. Two, I spend alot of time waiting at the cash register to check out. There's either a long line or no cashier at the register. I've had to go find someome to check me out many times. Maybe trying to stock the shelves? More help may be needed here. Overall, it's a decent little store.

This place is an absolute hole, im always hearing from both customers and employees about poor management this store should consider new management maybe men that actually can run stores and not some lazy managers that cant keep up and keep customers and employees happy ill save the trip and go to ashland

Friendly people who remember you when you come in a lot. Good service and they are always helpful. Good variety. But always wondered why they sell shrimp but no cocktail sauce! Things that make you hmmmm.

Clean and mostly organized. Their sales are nice if you know when they are!!! The staff is also friendly and courteous. They have a large parking lot too. Great place.

Was there today , shelves were bare, others a total mess, aisles was cluttered with carts loaded , yet shelves were empty , the store was cluttered , floors dirty . Whomever manages this store most definitely needs retrained. I generally shop West Salem store , guess I am spoiled by a well well md , clean store .

I called to see if they had chocolate ice cream because they never have it in stock. Lady said no. I went inside 5 minutes later and they had a whole line of chocolate ice cream. I also had to wait for someone to ring me up because the lady was in the back. She didn't say hello or anything. Never coming back here!

Worst dollar general ever. They are always rude. Always. I called asked if they had an item I needed. Lady said yes she even acted like she went and looked for me. I get there nope. Even asked the same lady that was on the phone she said yes right here. Nope not there. Place sucks

Most horrible service of any d.g. i have ever been to. I stood at the counter for five minutes waiting for someone to ring me up and THEN when he finally showed up he didnt even say hello. Just told me the total and practically threw my change at me. Never coming here again.

I like that it's convienant as ther isn't much else in Bailey Lakes. However there are never enough cashier's working and always cluttered.

This place is always a mess.. you can never find anything or if u do h have to move things to find it. This place is an embarrassment and no one is really happy who works there. So with that being said who really work in this store???????

The store is very messy with paper on the floor and boxes of product sitting around . Also been out of certain products for several weeks . I think corporate needs to come do a overhaul of the store
