Super helpful employees! Store was super clean, including the bathroom, and signage very clear to help me locate my items. Don’t make it into a HD very often but love that their prices are below Lowe’s so that’s always a winner in my book.Also, very nice to see they take a little extra care for the ladies in our bathroom. Which, I must say, was also very clean and provided sanity items. Good job, Home Depot! Way to go the extra mile!I’d also like to note that every employee I ran across today smiled and offered assistance. That’s just not the norm nowadays and such a refreshing thing to see!

I always lose my dad in here. I think he purposely runs away from me.Cleanliness- 4/5 The place is usually very clean even though it’s a hardware store. The bathrooms for the most part are very clean. Honestly this is one out of the few stores whose bathroom I feel comfortable enough to use.Atmosphere- 5/5 Even if you’re not the one shopping but following a parent or loved one you typically have a good time. They play good music (not too loud) and the staff is always so kind and helpful. Sometimes (very rarely) you’ll run into someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing but 9/10 they get the job done.Service - 4/5 For the most part they’re always helpful. The only struggles I’ve run into is when you call. They’re not very helpful over the phone (sometimes).

Great home improvement store. Friendly employees that are always helpful in finding items. Clean bathrooms and store. They offer everything from tools to appliances. Paint selection is pretty large. They offer plants and flowers when in season. If you are looking for a specific item I recommend calling ahead and making sure they carry it.

The worst customer experience of my life! I walked up to the pro counter and asked the lady sitting there if my co worker and I could purchase one of the tool chest over by the tools. Her first response was “why didn’t they check you out over there” I was a little taken back by that and I said I wasn’t sure. Then she mocked her fellow employees by saying they were lazy. Then she snapped at me and asked why I didn’t just roll the chest over to her. This is where I got angry and left. I was simply asking what the process was for buying a large item I would of gladly rolled it over to her if I knew that was the process. My wife and I have spent nearly 30k here doing renovations this year and just like that I am done coming to Home Depot and will now be going to Lowe’s. Not sure this lady’s name but she was working the pro counter at 12:30pm on November 16th.

Went to look for a piece of wood for the door way of my trailer and had a hard time before coming there at Menards but a very nice man named Chad helped us and gave us many ideas and lead way to finding what we need!

Manager was cocky when I told him I would shop somewhere else. Poor customer service. If you shop here I advise you do not lose your receipts like my dad did otherwise you will be unlikely to be able to return items unused.

Been coming here for years, really helpful but they changed the entire discount process and here I am sitting waiting for things to download, if your a veteran and you would like to utilize a discount without the run around, go somewhere else, otherwise still a great place, (I don’t expect a discount, but when ones offered I use it)

We needed a new washer and found a good replacement online at home Depot.We wanted to see in person so we drove to Sandusky store to view and decided to purchase on what we saw in store.Decided to have new one installed and defective one removed. We were pleased that it could be done on Saturday so soon after being purchased.Hope new washer is a better quality and lasts longer than the older four year old model. Only time will tell. The store sales person was well informed and very helpful with our purchase and setting up the delivery.

This is a great store with a great selection of products. I came in here to walk around and was very satisfied with my experience. The store has everything that you could ever need for your construction and home renovation needs, which I like. It has a garden center where you can buy flowers and other plants, and lots of other things as well. You can buy appliances, sinks, toilets, lights, nails, hammers, and building supplies from this Home Depot. The staff are very nice and helpful, which I like. The store also has a nice color scheme, with everything being orange, which I really like because orange is a great color. I gave this store five stars because it had a great array of products and nice staff.

It's good as long as you don't order anything. They don't call to say it's in or not even after it was supposed to have been there. If it's not there that's fine but they should call. Running a small business requires communication. And they need to improve

Overall good experience. Cashier Katelyn was very helpful. No one else spoke to us even though we saw several employees they seemed distracted. If more employees interacted I'd give them a 5.

My elderly disabled husband went in today to ask about a warranty on his weed wacker that stopped working and got the rudest manager named John. He obviously didn't want to take the time to look up his receipt that they had on record. John found the date purchesed and warranty but told him in a nasty way that he'd have to go find his own receipt. I was on the phone with my husband during this and asked to speak to John but he said he didn't have to talk to me. My husband said how can you be a manager and treat people like this when I heard him scream at my husband to get away from him. I reported him to corporate and will never shop in this store again as long as John is working there. Oh, and when my husband asked him his name he said he didn't have to tell him. This is the same guy I had issues with trying to order a gallon of paint. He said they didn't carry that brand and when i showed him that they did he said well it'll take too long to get it in you'd be better off going somewhere else. He obviously doesn't want to help anyone. The poor employee witnessing all of this just shook his head in disbelief.

The worst Home Depot I have ever been in. Can't find an employee to help and all the contractors carts are never available to use because they are always filled with freight that hasn't been put away. Won't go back

I can always tell when the manager has a pep talk about customer service because the sales associates really show interest in helping customers. But it must wear off quickly because sometimes it feels like they try to avoid me.I do however find products I need at a fair price compared to other stores. The store itself is clean and well organized. 🙄

I bought a washer and dryer set in-store and had it set up to be delivered on a Thursday. I would also like to point out I am a veteran and asked about their discount. The woman told me they do a 10% discount. Upon checking out, mind you the bill was nearly $2,000 for the set, I had a total veteran discount of $5. I was told that was the maximum discount I could recieve. Thursday came around and it was never delivered. I checked the order status the next day and my delivery date had been changed to a week later without notifying me. I called to find out what happened and reschedule. They could not give me a reason as to why it was not delivered. I tried to reschedule but they told me they only deliver on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I was working out of town for the next two weeks, and I'm usually only home every other weekend. I ended up cancelling my order because they could not deliver on a day that I was available. I was told I would have my refund in 2-3 days. Two weeks later I still don't have my money. Called in and they told me I needed to come into the store to get the refund. It ended up being over 3 weeks before I got my money back. Someone never even called me to let me know of the refund procedure. You would think after a week of holding on to my $2,000 someone would have said something or tried to contact me.I ended up going to Lowes and ordering the same washer and dryer. It was delivered, installed, and the old units hauled away very next day with no issues at all.
