The entire staff was so pleasant they made me feel very comfortable and confident. This was my first visit so I didn't know what to expect. They went over everything so there were no surprises. Kelly listened to what I wanted done and I felt comfortable enough to trust her to let her decide how Big Cat should be shaved. He looks beautiful and smells so good. I think they all took turns cuddling my cat. Yes, I will definitely be back, especially to see Kelly she did a wonderful job.

My dog had gone at least 12 weeks since her last grooming, due to grooming not being available. The groomer did a great job. In the summer my dog swims almost daily, which can lead to tangles, so she had her work cut out for her.

Would ba10, but the groomer (new on the job) missed a common sense item... Looking at the face for symmetry of the cut around the eyes. But otherwise, she did a terrific job!
