Stopped in again and was ANOTHER STELLAR experience. DeShawn and Logan A were very helpful, enthusiastic, friendly, and knowledgeable. She and him were both great sales associates. DeShawn was especially helpful when it came to getting the best deals and was who managed to sell us our first crested gecko. Because of him and Logan A., we'll definitely be repeat customers for as long as they are there working with people like themselves. These two deserve a raise for sure! As for the store, it's organized, clean and has most anything you'd need. They do price match to reputable companies. They're very helpful and knowledgeable. Also, they keep getting in a great selection of reptiles, in particular crested geckos. We've managed to snag a really neat partial pinstripe morph from their store and he's been very healthy. My only suggestion to them(this might just be circumstantial if someone already bought them before we came in) is to carry spring tails and isopods for bioactive enclosures. Aside from that, it's got everything you'll need!

I enjoy shopping at Pet Supplies PLus. There is a wide range of products and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are always lots of spcials and good coupons to get the best deals. Unfortunately many of the items I come in for are already gone.

We stopped by for a pet wash! Loved the amenities! You hood their collar to the short leash to keep them in tbs bath. They have shampoo & conditioner & towels & everything you’ll need to bathe your dog yourself! The dryer worked very well and dried my husky pretty quickly. If you have a dog you need to brush, bring your own brush!

Pet Supplies Plus generally is well stocked with everything my dog needs from XXXL cold weather vests and Halloween costumes to biscuits, dental treats, and his favorite foods.

Definitely could use a little more TLC the building just seems old, dated and messy. Maybe educate employees a little on merchandise...went in for pinkies (frozen mice for snakes) and when I asked where they were she took me to frozen dog food and said that was all they carried that was cold 😂 I knew they had them because originally my snake was purchased from this location. Did manage to find them, back cooler if you're there looking!!

The groomers were great! I have a senior dog and they treated her so kindly. Another employee helped me find the dog food I was looking for. I would recommend this store and especially the groomers.

Come in for a dog bowl, left with trauma. These animals are not of the cannibal-istic nature. Whether it was stress or lack of nutrition, ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! Will never shop here again.

We purchased a bird here and got him home and we realized he was sick (just an upper respiratory infection). We have other birds so we just figured it was easier to take him back today and get our money back for him. The girl at the register was wonderful (she sold us the first bird we bought there as we have bought a total of 3 from them). She had to call the manager, Mark, up to do the return as it was over the amount she was allowed to authorize. He was SO rude to her. He seemed upset as we didn't have the receipt (the purchase was on our account). And he was slamming on the keyboard and his body language just seemed hostile. He kind of threw his hands up when she was trying to explain to him how to pull it up and walked away saying "I don't know what you do. You do it differently than me. Just do it."Just felt like there was no need to be hostile towards her when all she was doing was her job. She was a little burnette girl working on July 18 with a boy named Logan. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but again she was wonderful.

Pet Supplies Plus is the best choice in our area for my pets needs! I have probably asked a hundred questions in the past couple of years and every team member knows the answers. I am able to buy my dogs food, treats, vitamins and grooming needs all at one location. I love this store!

Pet supplies almost always has what we need. Employees are very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Anytime they don’t have what we need they offer to get it ordered or delivery it to us for free. Prices are standard to other pet stores, but they do tend to run better deals and discounts. And are always open later than any other pet place which is a huge help.

Asked to buy 9 small fish. Would only sell me 3. Said my tank would be overly crowded (I already had 2 small fish) told me don't compare to all The fish in their tanks as they are overly crowded. It's actually the 2nd time they decided what was best for me. Crazy. I won't be going back.

Took our newfypo to be groomed. Kelly was great with him.he felt comfortable with her and she did a good job on him. Saying he was a mess is an understatement. The store was nice and clean and carried everything we needed.

It was about closing time on Monday the 31st and the young lady at the register was so nice! She helped me locate a muzzle for my dog and and reassured me there was an extension on getting my dog tags until Feb. 6th bc I had totally forgot. Kudos to her for her great customer service! It is so great This location does dog tags, I never thought about Pet Supplies doing tags, so easy and convenient! ❤

Very nice little store. All employees were very helpful and considerate. As we looked around, several employees asked if we needed help finding anything or had any questions. They were excellent young people who weren't overbearing and genuinely wanted to make sure we were finding what we wanted.

I have never had such horrible customer service. Asked someone for a brand of dog food and she said that she didn't know. Could she call someone.....guess not. After I looked on my own for another 10 minutes, I went back and asked if I could have possibly missed it in the aisles and she said that we probably don't have it if you didnt see it. She didn't call anyone else and didn't care. We went to meijer and bought it! Last stop at this store.

Always super helpful. A little on the pricey side compared to Pet Supply Plus down the street but they have a much larger selection. Their animals always seem to fair better as well (especially the fish). Employees are always super kind. Not the most knowledgeable (except for one guy who knows all about fish and reptiles, seems to own every single one they have in there). Aleays a very good experience.

They greet you the minute you come in the door. The staff is very helpful when you can't find an item. The manager is also very helpful. Many shelves are empty due to companies not meeting production so items are limited and not the stores fault.

Went there the other day to get new dog food for my Rottweiler and the *female* associate Logan was very very helpful !! She was very informative and knowledgeable about what should and shouldn't go into their bodies and I definitely feel more confident about getting my fur child more healthier :)

Great place for pet supplies and has plenty of healthy, grain free and holistic options. Logan went out of her way to make me feel welcome and to give me the best information in regards to the food choices for my cat as well as my snake. If she's not on the fast track for management she should be.

The employees are happy to answer any questions and help you make selections that reflect what you need as an individual. They don't just take you to the most expensive thing they sell in the category you are looking to buy within. If they feel another employee is more knowledgeable in that area they will seek them out to help. The manager very knowledgeable and is so pleasant! He has helped me on several occasions like choosing the right dog food for my budget yet getting the most bang for my buck, choosing the right flea and tick control, and buying correct fish supplies. I have never regretted buying anything from Pet Supplies Plus. They are always excited to see my German Shepherd walk the aisles with me, make over her, and give her a treat! I always, yes ALWAYS, feel so welcome when I go there, especially if I bring my dog with me. :)

Great source of help for a beginner reptilian own. Logan (boy) helped me pick out all of the requirements needed for my Redtail Boa with I being annoying. Clarence helped me out at the register with 20 minutes of price matching. Saved a lot of money and everyone was patient and very helpful. Another lady was also very helpful before her shift ended and was also just as helpful as Logan. Thank yall
