I have been coming to this Krogers since Oct ‘23.I have encountered this older caucasian man (cashier) in the liquor store numerous times.He has checked my ID numerous times. I just don’t understand why he has to physically touch my ID after it scanned (well beyond age 21). I turned my ID around so he can see the picture my birth date and everything.. No need to physically man handle my property!!Now you might ask why is this such a problem well, the gentleman that was in front of me he only scanned his ID he didn’t pick it up he didn’t examine it. It is still virus season, I don’t know where this man’s hands have been.Couldn’t get in contact with a manger to speak on the issue but if you gonna do something to one person do it to all people!!Like I am tired of the discrimination, if you just got ‘re-trained’ APPLY THAT TO EVERYONE!!

Great organic options for people living a healthy lifestyle. Many sale items and they have an app that gives you extra coupons! The store is very clean and well organized. Plenty of parking available and handicap accessible. They have ready to eat meals, frozen foods, fresh produce, office supplies, beer and state store, all in one place. Nicky is THE most amazing cashier! He is friendly, upbeat, and makes your shopping experience amazing, he deserves a raise!

Never knew that they had walk-in clinics. Kroger's walk-in clinics are called the little clinics, as far as I know they are fast and efficient and take Medicare and Medicaid. On their website they have a listing of all the different insurances that they accept. Thanks again Kroger!

Always a great place to shop.. nice setting great employees. And there very helpful and always doing there job and working hard I would recommend going there just about everything you need there.

This is by far the worst place to go grocery shopping. Besides the extremely long lines and the very unprofessional staff. I have been yelled at by managers for asking to open an extra line to help the elderly out.I stopped shopping here all together just based off my last visit. I had 1 item and it took my 25 minutes to check out. I will drive 35minutes to go get groceries from out of town.Plus the floors are sticky and it now looks like a scene of the walking dead or a Canadian Hospital with blood everywhere.

Ordered a pickup order at 6:30 AM to pick up at 5PM I received a voicemail at 4:55 PM informing me that my order would not be ready due to lack of staff. I called and was told it would be ready tomorrow! Told them to cancel it! Why did they wait till 5 mins before my order was due to call?? Absolutely ridiculous!!!

It is relatively cheaper on food than in Cleveland where I live and has a large vegan selection at what I think are not bad prices it's my preferred shopping place

Store Manager and other managers were very rude when inquiring about an item being retrieved from the back room that was in stock. There was two young gentleman who attempted to help- but ultimately got no where thanks to the management staff.

Our cashier, Sue, really helped us today. We had difficulty navigating the kroger app and she showed us exactly where to find our coupons and card info. Not too many people take that extra time to make things right. Thank you Sue!

The absolute worst store along with Walmart in Sandusky. There are never enough staff. There are always staff standing around, which makes the lack of staff even more useless. Plus the parking lot is always a mess. I would rather drive to Bassetts than deal with the chaos at this store.

Staff a very rude and they shut the whole pharmacy down and everyone takes a lunch now every job I have ever known has had multiple lunch times for that reason this place has to be the laziest pharmacy I have ever been to and by far the most horrible attitude person the skinny kid in the black was anyway ye negative 20 if you don't mind waiting until whenever to get your prescription and talked down to then this is the place you will especially like the little skinny punk

How many prices are wrong each trip... How to catch them all while lines are behind you and only self checkout is open. Extra unnecessary trips and time to correct the "mistakes" because of service desk hours.

Prices are usually higher than other places in town. I find the store hard to navigate, with items that I'm actually looking for set as end-caps, rather than in some dedicated space. They're often out of store-brand options, with only name-brand options available.The fresh produce section looks pretty, but is usually out of stock on anything I want to actually buy.The parking lot was designed by a lunatic who loves chaos and hates convenient parking. I have no idea why it was laid out this way, or why they hate Perkins Avenue so much.As others have mentioned, be prepared to wait a long time to check out, even if you use the self-checkout option. I have also had the experience of ringing up an item at a totally different price than it was marked in the aisle (I'll admit that this may be a mistake on my end, but it happens more here by far than at any other grocery store I visit.)However, they do stock certain items that other stores in town don't, so I find myself returning. Occasionally, too, sale prices will draw me in (just be sure to comparison shop!). And every time I am here, the staff, particularly the Pharmacy, are very helpful and kind.Overall, not my favorite store, but the occasional stop is a necessary evil.Edit: If you have food allergies, don't even bother. Anything packaged in-store (i.e., sushi, deli meat, anything from their cool cheese case, etc.) has a label stating that it *may* have come into contact with every allergen under the sun. While I appreciate the thoroughness of the warning, it would serve me far better for them to actually set up their store so that people with allergies and intolerances can actually eat the food there.

Terrible customer service. A customer told the employee a customer walked off without paying. After the situation was handled with the customer who was suspected of shoplifting. The employee then starts yelling at the customer who informed them of the situation. The employee had the customer in tears.

I've been a customer here for two years... it keeps getting worse. NEVER enough registers open. For example, 6:30 PM on a Wednesday, two lanes with cashier's and 9 customer operated lanes are open. There are a minimum of 22 people waiting for the customer operated lanes and 13 waiting for the cashier operated lanes. We won't even talk about how the roof leaks every time it rains and you have to walk around the buckets of water.

It's the absolute worst grocery store I have been in. Dirty and sketchy. Lines at least 10-20 people deep. Not only all self checkout but self bag, even in the lines for full carts. Meijer and Aldi are not far away.

Sandusky Kroger, the store where it takes longer to checkout than it does to shop. On top of the long lines for checkout, the carts are in deplorable condition, and the parking lot is a mess. You would think with the price increases, they would invest back into the store a bit more. Really has gone downhill the past few years.

Pharmacy is fast and friendly with good prices. The store is well maintained and has a lot of choices. The only problem is the wait in line to get checked out. The lines are huge and can take forever.
