She is very mean to the dogs. My dog is 15 years old. I just moved up from Columbus.She muzzled a 15 year old dog.With very little teeth. Never again.

I was a new customer who forgot what time unfortunately that my two dogs were booked for. It was either for 10am or 11am, and I tried calling multiple times to verify the time in the morning, yet no one picked up or returned my call. I was greeted with a text 20 minutes after the scheduled time telling me they would not see the dogs and I could not reschedule. I never got a response to verify the time like most places do, and I did not even get a call at the time to see if I was coming in.I would not recommend this place as then when I called, the lady was very rude and tried pushing me off of the phone.

IRRISPONSIBLE, NEGLECTFUL, RUDE AND SERVICES OR GROOOMING STYLES ARE INCONSISTENT Appointments are difficult to make. One or two groomers and their overwhelmed. First time I was charged 25.00 fir my 8lb chiweenie. 2nd time was 40.00. Prices, groomers, services, hours, and customer services has declined majorly. I was forced to find grooming services elsewhere. The last time I took my service animal there, he came back to me with fleas and he was chewing so bad that he is now 9n many medications. I do not recommend K & K. Yesterday, Today or in the future. Thank you

I had a bad customer service experience with a local groomer so I got in touch with K & K Grooming she was very nice, she got him in quickly! I even received a confirmation call the day prior to his appointment (which I loved). Scheduling appointments, forcing times that wouldn’t work for their groomers were issues I had prior to calling K & K grooming . She was very easy to communicate with. But I dropped him off. Just a couple of hours later, I received a calling saying he was ready. I picked him up, LOVED HIS CUT! No complaints

Right now with the pandemic going on I adopted a very terrified cat which is 2 years old he was severely abused and burned at the time when I adopted him from Petco I was not informed that he was burned and he was supposed to be long-haired and they had shaved him down so now when his hair grows back it gets very long and very knotted up and it is hard to get him groomed and he's very terrified allowing someone to groom him because it hurts because of the scar tissue so he needs to be in sedated I was not told by this organization that you have to be involved with a veterinarian so they can sedate him lady who owns this shop assured me that she would be able to do it when I talk to my veterinarian I was asked how would she be able to do it because she is not allowed to sedate him so I would like to know was she going to terrorize him more give me that's just a good question she was going to charge me I was quoted a price of $65 to groom him my question is how is this plan to be done with no vet
