Jersey Mikes, in my professional opinion, is severely underrated. This isn't the one I usually go to but the quality didn't budge, and I could literally scarff one down everyday. The service was quick and lovely, and the guy running the grill was nice and held the door for us. There was also a friendly bee in the window, that didn't bother us but was just kind of there. They also played songs from the Hamilton soundtrack. 10/10 experience and I will go again and again. Their rosemary parm bread is a must have and I will never shut up about it

My father and I decided to try Jersey mikes for the first time after watching several commercials about them the service was great, but the food is not good. My father ordered a roast beef mike's way he says it tasted bland no flavor other than lettuce pretty bad when you can taste a vegetable over meat and quotes " worst sub I ever ate" while I had the Chicken bacon ranch sub, I didn't taste anything either just bland and no flavor at all. I think in my opinion subway is way better and probably a little cheaper since that order from Mikes was $20. I don't think we will be back to this restaurant just because the subs are not that good.

This isn't my 1st time going here, but it was my 1st time at this location since it's new. I called in an order, and it was sitting there ready when I walked in at the pickup counter. Wasn't a bad sub, but it wasn't the best I've ever had either. It seemed to lack any flavor at all if I'm being honest, but I would try this place again cause I've had good luck in the past

I vomited and got a real lunch.Here's your additional information:I'm a huge proponent of "the chef knows best' and ordered the Original Italian with no substitutions. They recommended "Jersey Mike's Way" so I agreed. I took the order to go and drove the last 20 minutes home after a long trip. I unwrapped the soggiest, sourest, messiest most disgusting pile of cheap ingredients I ever paid $12 for. The smell of vinegar was so strong, I pulled over and dry heaved. No chance I try your garbage again. Please just go away, Ohio does need Jersey. Thank you for reaching out.

They are notorious in complicating your order. I ordered CHIPOTLE CHICKEN and another one and I was asked “what’s the number”. It’s obvious that staff that was taking the initial order wasn't’ familiar with their products. Then the 2nd staff that made the sub sandwich tried to be efficient and ended messing up my orders by skipping the first person who ordered before me by 1st processing my other order. Then as she processed my “CHIPOTLE CHICKEN” they ended up giving me a “TURKEY “sandwich. And the rest is history! Not to mention their super LOUD music

I’m not sure why they send out an email about new management when the new management is worse than the old management. At least the old management knew what mines way was. Went in for lunch and the girl asked me what mikes way was, asked me what the sandwich number I ordered was and then struggled to give mw the right change! I LOVE jersey mikes but until they get a complete different management- higher up and so forth- I will NOT be back!

Went to this place for the first time and was not disappointed. I purchased a regular size turkey and provolone with the juice works (lettuce, tomato, onions, (which I declined), 2 types of juices and seasoning and it was delicious! Took my sub home and everything tasted fresh! Some sub places I don't add tomato because the sub gets soggy, but not this one! This will now be my go to place for subs! Highly recommend!

Usually love Jersey Mike’s, but these employees ruined it. Never seen such a slow, incompetent, dull group of workers. Took almost an hour to make two sandwiches. Meanwhile, they served other people who ordered 20 minutes after us. Sandwiches weren’t great, one of them was a complete mess. Watched the employees make quite a few sandwiches—they’re not good about changing gloves either or wearing them in the first place. Disgusted. Horrible service, avoid this location at all costs.

These employees are rude and disrespectful! They have no idea what meats go on each sub, can't grill a sub without dropping it on the floor, over charge you for your food, don't change gloves out when handling money and food, and use a dirty towel to wipe the counters off and the meat blade! Jersey Mike's subs are awesome, but these employees are going to ruin this place.

Jersey Mike's is the best out there. Absolutely love it. Having said that, we just left the new store in Sandusky. Having been in the restaurant business for over 30 years, growing pains are expected and understandable, but I am not happy at all. I ordered online to save time and waited for over 45 minutes after I arrived. This is already 20 minutes after I ordered it. As I'm sitting there waiting, the one person responsible for online orders was buried with an endless wheel. No one was helping even though he was clearly drowning. I would have let all that go, but I arrived home and my sandwich was absolutely not what I ordered. I paid extra for more meat. There was hardly any on it. No bacon or cheese even though that comes on a club Supreme. Veggies all over it even though, I said no veggies. I'm very sorry I had to leave this review, but this was a very disheartening experience because I love your establishment and am considering opening my own. We will definitely comeback. I really hope it will be better next time.

The staff at jersey mikes subs did so well handling this very rude lady tonight(2/16/23). She ate the sandwich she claimed was made wrong and then started yelling at the manager for offering her a replacement. She tried making another customer join in on the yelling. It made him very uncomfortable while he waited to pick up his food. I understand that you’re paying for it to be correctly made, but when you’re offered a replacement, don’t yell and tell the manager she has a RBF.

Place was dirty. Employee gave one of our subs to another customer. This customer exited the building and opened it up touching the sub to be sure it was his. He returned it. Employee then wrapped it back up and handed it to us. Manager did replace it when we brought it to his attention. New location but needs training in very basic sanitary practices.
