I ordered a bacon king sandwich and got 2 pattys with cheese. The lady was rude at the drive thru and rude on the phone. This has been a constant thing and I will make sure not to go there after this. Have some decency if u work in customer service .....

This Burger King was fantastic ! There was no line and short wait and the service was good. The food was FANTASTIC!! I had a Whopper Jr. with cheese meal with fries & a coke. The sandwich was the best whopper jr. I’ve ever had. The fries were fresh, crispy & delicious. Even the fountain coke was great. I highly recommend this location!

Staff was friendly, but. Only one other family, eating, in the dinning room. Drive thru no one. Took 15minutes for food, AND!! Order was wrong. How does this happen? Hmmm? So how much an hour again? Two sandwiches, that's it, all we ordered, n they were WRONG. I'm giving a 2 ⭐ cause place was clean. Still 4 employees, 2 wrong sandwiches. Sad.

The last three times I've been thru this burger king, they've gotten something on my order wrong. The staff seems undertrained, and it always seems to be when I'm in drive thru, or when I'm inside. I genuinely like bk, but the service and staff need to be worked on a bit. It's always early morning, say 10 am or in the afternoon, say about 3 pm. I work in fast food, and I can say that your employees shouldn't be witty and snappy, they should be respectful. That's it. I thought I ordered a side of fries with my order, and dude didn't ring it up. I still got the fries, but the manager and somebody else up front were having attitudes about me double checking my order. My girlfriend didn't like the energy, so we left shortly after I got the fries. I also asked for a chicken sandwich and got a wrap instead, it wasn't even the right one.

This is usually a better burger King. But there was a employee there that took our order and the gentleman in front of us. He ordered the wrong item and she was super nasty. She kept going on about having to do a rering for double cheese burger for a double whopper. And forget about asking for ketchup. She thought she fixed the ketchup pump in the lobby but she so didn't. But apparently we were supposed to wait while she tried again. A young kid got us some. If I see her there again I will walk out. Extremely rude and bad attitude towards customers

Horrible. I love burger king and it really upsets me that my local bk is so careless. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again but every time wrong orders attitude from employees when you have to go back through drive thru. Not sure if they need new head sets or what but really upsetting. I have stomach issues and told them no tomatoes... They remove tomatoes and put spicey sauce????? Never asked for it

They legitimately didn’t take half my order that I had said several times. Some unintelligent ginger kid that took my order didn’t give me my sauces or half the chicken nuggets I had ordered. Not to mention it took over 15 minutes to get food while literally nobody else was there. I have never karened out this bad in my life. But it was honestly needed after they didn’t pick up the phone when I had called them.

Stopped by needing ice and a couple of impossible whoppers, the staff was very helpful with directions, helping us get some ice, and making a great whopper. This is also the cleanest Burger King I've ever visited. Great staff, great food, and great philosophies. Will stop by again next time we're in the neighborhood.

I cant stand locations that lock the doors 5 or 10 minutes b4 closing. You are located next to 2 truck stops. Every minute counts with us.

Had the Impossible Vegan Whopper and it was pretty darn good. Tasty, I enjoyed it. Have never got to try it before and this was my first time trying it. Recommend it to anyone looking for meat alternatives, for sure. Rest of the food is standard BK. Do enjoy their Chocolate Shakes, also.

Nice clean dining area and the food was fast and fresh. The staff was very polite and made good conversation during the order. A very pleasant stop on a long road trip back home. I would recommend this one to anyone driving this route.

Super slow.... and yet food was well-done (almost burnt). Took more than 10 minutes to get simple order. On a plus... unlike the other chain burger joint their ice cream machine was working!

Waited 20 min for 3 items and they messed my order up. They sent my food to a family dining in when they brought the items back they placed them in my to go order. So after someone else handled my food they just stuck it in my bag DISGUSTING
