The price of prescribed meds is ridicule's! I did not check the price before having my Dr. send my prescription there. Walgreens is closer to me than my old pharmacy and that is why I chose them. This Walgreen's charged me 81.00 for the exact same prescription I had filled at my old pharmacy 1 week ago, my old pharmacy charged me 18.00. Both fills were generic meds. A 63.00 difference. This should be criminal!! Even if you have insurance paying for your meds you should not support this type of price gouging, yes your insurance will pay for it, but in the long run your insurance company will just raise their rates so you will pay for it in the long run! I will never set foot in another Walgreens!!

There is one pharmacist here who should not be working directly with patients.She is rude and speaks badly of the people who have their scripts filled there. I took my prescriptions to another pharmacy and I urge all my patients to do the same.I will never mention this persons true name in the professional world, but trust me, avoid this Walgreens like the black plague!!

Ordered online ship to store. Was called to pick up my order. When i got there to pick it up they said my entire order wasnt there so i couldnt have it. I asked why i was called to pick it up i was told by the manager the computer and staff didnt realize it wasnt all there. Was offered nothing for my time and gas nor an apology. Customer Service has went down hill.Update ...This store has done so much better the past year and they are quick and courteous so I'm updating my sta rating to 5 now. I ordered weekly and they have been great.Update... so here to update again. I order a lot of online orders and in the past they substitute items if they are out of stock which they are suppose too Recently whoever is doing the orders is just cancelling items and not substituting. It's not the customers fault your stock counts are not correct. Plus Robin was super rude when I called to cancel an order.

All of the staff are always very helpful and they have a smile on their face, when they are serving and helping me. I have always had a good experience in Walgreens. I sometimes find that they are priced a little higher than some stores, but the friendly atmosphere and the savings on a lot of products soon shows me that I make a bigger overall saving at the store and I get the added bonus of one to one assistance. Now I shop there for most of my needs and I have also began to purchase some groceries items too (excellent quality). The service made me feel like I was back home in England. I have been using Walgreens ever since I came to live in the US, 7 years ago, and highly recommend shopping there. I also use the pharmacy too.

I had dropped off a prescription. Let them know it was going through workers comp. They seem to always have trouble with this because they have to contact workers comp. But they have been able to fill it before. They call me say it's ready I go in and they do didn't run it through workers comp. I explained it again, they said they will take care of it. I didn't hear anything for 2 weeks so I call them. "We can't fill it you need a new prescription". Okay fine, I go to the Dr. Get another one walk in drop it off explain it's workers comp. Get a call saying it's ready. Go in same thing. They didn't run it right. They said they will take care of it. 3 weeks no word. I call, was told they can't fill it. When I asked why I wasn't contacted sooner considering the prob they really didn't have an answer. They have no problem making me come in 6 or 8 times and 6 or 8 phone calls but won't call me when they can fill a simple prescription? Bad customer service

This rating is for the pharmacy only. Clerks are rude. Always made mistakes with my prescriptions. There is only one pharmacist I liked to deal with. I would call in my prescriptions and use the refill date.I would go to pick them up and they said they couldn’t be refilled because I did not pick up my last ones on time. I know of no other pharmacy that does that. I transferred mine to Drug Mart (with Don from Morgan’s Drug, Lisbon.). And I have not had one problem.

I am a regular customer at the Walgreens in Salem and the customer service is great. When walking in the door you are greeted and the atmosphere is a calming and caring. Anything that you need they will help you Find and if it is located at another store location they will have it shipped to the location of your choosing and you will be able to pick it up in a few days time or they could put it on hold for you at the other location . The people are always friendly and caring which makes the Walgreens pharmacy in Salem Ohio a great place to shop and get your medications.

This Walgreens has the best staff! They're always attentive and helpful. I love to find random little things for gifts there as well as everyday needs. The pharmacy staff is pretty decent.

Their website states that they offer flu swabs. I called down to confirm this. The woman who answered the phone said verbatim that she had never heard of flu swabs. I phrased it three different ways and overheard her ask another pharmacist, "Do we have 'a test for influenza'?"After that bizarre reaction, I've got to wonder what their qualifications are. Who works in a pharmacy and doesn't know what a flu test is?!

Horrible staff! They are very rude and have no care for what they do. Maybe if they treated their customers better they would have better ratings. I suggest walgreens finds staff that have pride and treat their customers better.

Every time my family visits the pharmacy, the staff is incredibly short and rude. They act as if they don't talk to one another and nobody ever knows what is going on.

Never have my prescriptions in stock and have to wait three days for their truck to come in just to have to call back and see if my medicine is even on it
