I got a new phone. The store staff were so helpful. They answered all my questions and set up my new phone without any issues. I was afraid of losing photos or messages but everything worked fine. It hardly took any time either.

Stopped into the Salem Verizon today just to look, what an awesome group of staff they have. I was in and out with a new phone at almost no cost to me within 30 mins!
