Truly such a wonderful and compassionate vet! Our pup is always a little nervous when he gets an exam and everyone there is always so kind and understanding. The staff is always helpful and caring in answering all our questions and working with us in any way that we need. The vet and techs are so skilled and knowledgeable. They take time to reassure him as they go along. Chester has some separation anxiety and doesn’t leave my side (literally) especially at the vet - they made sure to make him comfortable and still did their exam and gave all his shots all without him really having to leave my side. We so appreciate that! They work swiftly but gently. It’s always over before we know it and everyone leaves with a smile and a wag!Thanks Tri-County! We love you guys!

We own 2 Dobies and a cat. Tri-County takes care of them all. They have a very friendly crew in the front office who make scheduling an appointment or asking questions about medication a quick and painless process. Their prices are usually pretty fair. I agree with almost all of their pricing, but there are a couple procedures that seem pretty expensive for what they are. The Doctors are friendly and will let us ask them a million questions about our dog and they answer every single one. I've been to different vets on different occasions for different reasons, but Tri-County is the only one that has given me consistent care and they are always my first phone call for animals needs.

I want to thank all of the compassionate, kind staff and Dr. who helped me with an emergency euthanization last Wednesday before closing. I had a stray that came to my porch last year that I have been caring for ever since. The doctor said he had leukemia, and has difficulty breathing. It broke my heart to come home and see him struggling. It was 4:45pn and even though the clinic was closing, the took me in and put little socks to sleep I can't express enough my sincere gratitude for Tri-Countys compassion and willingness to be there in my stressful situation. God Bless each and every one of you. You are true Heroes!

Great Doctors, Great location, easy to get to. About the normal as far as prices. Wish businesses would realize this iscSouthern Medina County, low income mostly. Pricing at many businesses needs adjusted to meet needs of community.Medina County needs a Veterinarian like Dr. Jeff......doesn't care how much a person can or cannot pay, just cares about and wants to fix hurt domesticated animals/pets!!!4 - stars is all I can give this business as they charged $20 to trim my dogs nails, we got home and 1 nail was missed and another cut way too short. She was bleeding bad, had blood all over my truck interior then my house carpet. When I called office, was told to bring her back in. For what? Too charge me office call again to put some powder and a Band Aid on it??Nice doctors, nice staff, nice place. Best that I've found in Medina County.Would recommend to others!!

Each and every veterinarian at tri county have been amazing for the past 20 years. They have provided extraordinary care for our cattle. My husband traveled at least half of each month, so I depended on their expertise to guide me through birthing complications and other emergencies when I was alone. Recently I have experienced their kindness and loyalty as they helped to guide me through tough times with my elderly shepherd. I can't express how helpful and supportive both the vets and office staff have been during this stressful time.

This is a hospital, not a vet, expect to wait accordingly. The staff is awesome, environment is clean and tidy and comfortable and the knowledge and care is exemplary. A+++

I have always had great service. They have taken real good care of my shelties. If I need an emergency appt., they usually squeeze me in. As for prices, I do not shop around. They are local to me and I can't see driving 25 miles just to save $10. They have great customer service, their receptionists know their job and beyond, but most of all, they take good care of my animals. There was one time I was at work at a restaurant in Burbank, and this family left their dog in the car in 98 degree temperatures. They left the window cracked open. They brought the dog into the doorway of the store, limp and lifeless because of extreme heat exhaustion. I wet some towels and covered the dog, called Tri County and they said to bring him in right away. I took the owner and their dog to the vet and with the care they received, that dog lived. Great Job!

I called this place to see about bringing my cat in because he was tangled in a fly strip he needed to be sedated he was heavily matted and covered in glue. They refused to see him even after I explained to them the severity of it all they had to say was they were not groomers and gave me the name of a local DOG groomer that closed three years ago! And even if she was open she wouldn't take cats. I was very displeased on their lack of compassion and the refusal of care to an innocent animal that needed attention just becasue it wasn't on their list of services. Mapleton vet however had me bring him in right away they sedated him and shaved all the glue away and did an awesome job.
