I bought an excellent mower at TS. However after just 4 hrs of use, the mower deck would no longer engage. I returned to the store and spoke with Brian. Brian was excellent to work with and very helpful. He asked if I wanted to swap it for another. I love the mower and felt that the issue I experienced wasn’t common.I can’t say enough about the support and resolution that Brian provided. I have been and will remain a loyal TS customer because of staff like Brian.

Their website said they have two items in stock that I'm looking for, I went to the store and couldn't find it. I specifically asked an employee for help and instead of helping me they just told me to go to a different corner of the store and look. The employees are useless, inventory on the website isn't accurate, won't be coming back to this tractor supply.

Wow what a great place to find everything and anything you need for your pet, home, and outdoor toys (lawn mowers, tools, furniture, chainsaws, etc)I love how they support the local community and allow 4H kids to do some fund raising there.The workers treated us well and were very friendly. It’s not the cleanest store but for the variety of things that are there what else is there to expect.The kids were sad that the baby chicks were no longer there so instead they begged to take the big rooster decoration home. I said maybe next time.. lol

Need to SERIOUSLY Update THE LOADING DOCK the one not so close to the fence and USE IT why make a truckers life harder than it is especially when other trucks are in the way when your trying to back up VERY INCONVENIENT with being a multi billion dollar business you would THINK they could afford an update to that. Otherwise great place.

I didn't have a very pleasant shopping experience here. A friend reccomened to me to check this store for a brand of dog food I usually order online through chewy and when I asked "Nick" the "manager" if they had it, he was very unhelpful and kind of rude. I ended up just leaving. I don't think I'll be back to this store if management can't even answer simple questions. They need to hire competent managers.

I love Tractor Supply. So many good products. And wonderful selection of pet supplies, medication, and more. Plus nice clothes, tools, and equipment! I did have some issues ordering online before but this a wonderful store.

Great store! They usually have everything I need. Very rarely do I have to go somewhere else. Their dog food is fantastic and at such great prices. All 7 of my dogs love their foods. And as you see I have dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, and needs. They have a great selection!!!!!

Wouldn't order anything online to pick up in store. It was a learning experience. They got half our order had us come and pick it up, the receipt said we picked up everything. They said this was normal for them to do and to pick the rest up tomorrow. We went to pick it up. They gave us the stuff but said this wasn't supposed to be this way after being told different from another crew. Maybe we just got lucky getting everything we ordered. I still would recommend what we did.

Great variety. However, did not have hydraulic couplers that I was looking for. I did find some really good mark downs. Charged full price. Had to return to the store to get price adjusted. This happened twice. Check your receipts. Thank you

Went in yesterday for feed for my rabbit, there wasn't any on the shelf...So, I kindly asked Steve (i think the assistant manager ) if they had any in the back he said yea probably and kept walking! Did not help at all...I ended up asking the lady whom was sweeping the floor if they had any. (She politely asked if I needed help finding the spot where its kept or needed a bag. I told her I needed a bag that the shelf spot was empty. She got me a bag from the stock room. I think her name was Katelyn ? This is not the first time this has happened and it is very disappointing.

I love tractor supply, I come here for dog supplies because they have the best prices on food, treats, toys, vitamins and various medicines. The employees here are all very present, helpful, friendly and patient.. The store is very clean and everything is easy to find here. I love tractor supply

It's a daily routine to visit tsc. The so.e is clean. It is stocked with what I need most all of the time. And , The staff is great.I think that the corporate company, should allow the stores to hire a few more employees, even if just to work at least the afternoon shifts when more shoppers are out and about, ..but that's everywhere, nowadays.

Great customer service here! I bought a 4ft x 8ft trailer couple years ago on Black Friday, also I bought a push mower from here last year! Excellent store, I would recommend to everyone!

I don't know if alot of people know it but Tractor Supply has some nice clothes in there. I recently bought several shirts and a pair of pants there. The shirts are longer and I really like that because I'm a taller woman. The pants are very comfortable as well.

Since this store did their remodel, which was an experience in itself, finding the “regular” goat feed I use, has been a trial and error. Sometimes it is in the back, but NOT on the shelf. Why should I have to ask? I was so frustrated today that I just got the cat food and left. As I was proceeding to check out the cashier asked if I found everything okay and I said no, she just continued on with the sale. No questions. So frustrated!

Good service and nice people at this location. Therefore, this review is directed to the neck tied limp wristed corporate hq team. They just announced record breaking sales and earnings during a global pandemic. TSC has raised their prices considerably in the past few months on virtually every item I typically purchase from them. Now we know the reason for this was not "supply and demand" but your standard corporate greed.

I don't shop there too often but their products for animals, large and small are very good. Nice variety too. Several pet supplies abd bird seed and bird feeders too. Clothes and shoes are casual country oriented. Pertains most toward farm life styles. Christmas season they usually have neat get items abd toys. Prices are compatible to most other stores.

Found a pair of jeans that fit (except for minor hemming) for $20!!! What's not to like? Got a pair of rainbow polka dot mud boots and some bird seed too. Employees are friendly and helpful.

I get work clothes & supplies here... their Schmidt brand is better quality than Dickies and cheaper. Got new composite-toe work boots today & love them... Wolverine brand for $120. I, also, get all of my pet supplies here(food, litter, spot-on flea medicine, etc.) Great store!

Friendly atmosphere, well stocked. If it isnt on the front floor they are always willing to check backstock. Only complaint is it can be hard to find an associate to help you find things, and isles tend to be a little cluttered at times.

This TSC is the only place local that has the dog food we prefer for our boys. I also like their wood burner/fire place supplies. They have lots of fencing equipment, and general farm stuff. Usually not too busy, and the clerk's are generally nice.

Drove 30 minutes for a product that another store promised me they had. It also said they had it online. After a long drive they didn't have it. Never again. Done with them.
