This woman is phenomenal! She has done a great job with our Mini Golden Doodle every single time. And this last visit, we added another Golden Doodle pup for her to work her magic on. She did wonderfully, as expected.

Dionna at the Groom Shop is hands down the best groomer around. She takes extra care with each pet and makes sure they are comfortable and not stressed. My little Pomeranian loves to visit her groomer. I definitely recommend her to everyone.

I have a nervous ten year old poodle who gets himself worked up instantly upon hearing the buzz of clippers. I texted Dionna and told her what issues Gru has and got an appointment (she actually texted me when an earlier appointment came free!). Gru loved Dionna and her calm and reassuring manner led to the best groom that our dog has ever had! Highly recommended.

I recently took my cat to The Groom Shop for grooming and was extremely impressed with their service. From the moment I walked in. She took the time to understand my cat's unique needs and preferences and provided expert advice on how best to care for him.The groomer was exceptional and demonstrated a genuine love for animals. She was patient and gentle with my sometimes-difficult cat, ensuring he was comfortable and calm throughout the grooming process. When she was finished, my cat looked and felt amazing - his coat was soft, shiny, and he seemed to be feeling his best.Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received at The Groom Shop. Dionna went above and beyond to ensure that both my cat and I were satisfied with the experience. I highly recommend this grooming shop to anyone seeking professional and expert grooming services for their furry friends!

She does an amazing job With my Maltese. I have struggled for the majority of his life to find a groomer that he felt comfortable with and one that worked well with him. Max is SO much happier since we started going to the Groom shop! He looks great every time. She is very patient and takes time to explain the ways she plans to help and build a good relationship with them!

Dionna is wonderful! My dogs feel so comfortable with her and are very excited to see her when we get there I love that they are not caged when they are there and she is one-on-one with them. Prices are very reasonable and my babies always look amazing ❤️ 10/10, highly recommend

My white lab mix , Emma, had a wonderful experience at The Groom Shop. Emma is 10 years old and has never been to the groomer. She looked great when I picked her up! Thank you for such a wonderful experience. One suggestion, call ahead several weeks because she fills up fast. It is worth the wait.

I would recommend Dionna with “ The Groom Shop” in Salem to do your pets. My cat Guoda was shedding very bad and I had hair everywhere but after her grooming she smells so good. Dionna is a pet whisperer and Guoda did better than I thought she would. I will definitely take my cat back.

Our little girl Hattie went for her 3rd visit with Dionna today, and we couldn't be happier! Hattie gets pretty anxious in the past, but not NEAR as much at The Groom Shop. We very much appreciate the individualized care as Hattie is the only pet being groomed at the time not having too many other pups around.. Dionna listens to our likes & dislikes, and as my husband said so eloquently (LOL) " She's the first groomer that doesn't send our girl out bald...." Her shop is clean and well maintained. I'd recommend Dionna to any pet owner, but especially if your fur babies are skittish....She has the magic touch. Thank you Dionna....customers for life!🐶❤
