Made an appointment online for noon to get a flu and shingles vaccine. Waited over 50 minutes. Nobody would even acknowledge that I was still waiting. They were apparently under staffed. So I left and went to Walgreens and had my flu shot in 15 minutes. Then I needed my driver's license later that day and discovered that Rite Aid never gave it back to me. 😩

Terrible pharmacy. Waited 7 hours and still no prescription!!! I would’ve just taken the prescription to another pharmacy that has the capability of filling it within a reasonable time frame. So now waiting until tomorrow, meanwhile my son is ill. No need to comment back Rite Aid. Awful.

I love rite aid I love the associates at this specific location I go to now! But even for years now no matter what rite aid I've gone to I've always loved and I love their point system and the deals you get when she get enough points! They always seem to have the medicine I need they've never been out of it and I'm always treated with gratitude and respect.

Worst pharmacy you can possibly go. Wait for atleast a hr in the dr thru. Even though there’s 7 people there working in the pharmacy. Don’t think about trying to get a prescription a day before it’s due especially if it’s a scheduled drug. The male pharmacist is beyond rude and I don’t see how he even has a job there. All of which is complete bs. I’ll definitely start getting my script somewhere else

The new remodeling is very neat and attractive. It’s a convenience store that’s almost like shopping at a target when you go. The beauty and market section are amazing and the new staff are always so friendly and helpful. I love going to rite aid especially now with the new staff and new look of the store. :)

Rite Aid is a great store. The staff always greet customers, are friendly, and helpful in finding products. I can always find shampoo, beauty products, immunity boosting vitamins, and snacks. It is amazing.

Pharmacy personnel were rude and slow. My insurance had authorized my two year olds meds and nobody was there to pickup or drop off so, I will never use another Rite Aid as this is not an infrequent experience with them. Us single parents need to keep the day rolling.

If I could give this Pharmacy zero StarsI understand being short-staffed that is completely understandable stuff happens. When you are in the Drive-Thru for 30 minutes because the person behind the window was Checking out somebody's groceries from inside instead of sending them up front after giving them their prescription that is completely unacceptable there was six people waiting behind me the worst experience I've had at a Rite Aid in my life.,

They let pharmacy techs prescribe medication to my little sister that isn’t even in the guidelines for the actual pharmacist. So my sister is now sick and in the hospital. They lied to her and told her that they discontinued her usual medication and went picked another medication off the shelf, didn't even ask her or suggested that she call her doctor, and just ensured her that she was okay to take a high dose of this medication. When my sister was miserably sick they told her to keep taking this med. My little sister now at the hospital in extreme pain was told to just go to a different pharmacy. I am extremely livid by the deception displayed by these girls. My sister is now at a dangerous weight, and these girls showed no empathy or any ownership of their mistake. They will be hearing from my lawyer.

The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, they need to hire more staff. I needed my child's inhaler and requested it ASAP. I was told it would be 30 to 40 minutes. Another time, it took three trips to get a prescription refilled. Each time I was told they would have it, only to show up and find put it still wasn't filled. A phone call would have been appropriate.

This place gives you the run around on your prescriptions. First they say they have it in and then the next tell you they don’t.. For about a week now trying to get vitamin D refilled is a hassle. You would think it’s pain medicine!! First they told me they didn’t have it in yet until monday . Called in to see if they had it on Tuesday and said it would be an hour to fill. Went the next day (today). The girl said give her 25 - 30 mins to fill it !! So I waited and went back through the drive thru and of course the old hag at the window that wasn’t there before, which she is always rude . Goes we don’t have it in… I said I was just told 25-30 mins and you guys have been giving me the run around for over week on vitamin D?! She said we don’t have it. I said why couldn’t of they said that from the beginning then before telling me yesterday, the day before and today they would be filling it . Done with this pharmacy… I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I got some of my vaccines and flu shots etc there.I had shingles shot couple yrs ago..iforget the technicians name..little beyond middle age.Don mabe? But every shot he had given me if I wasn't watching..I wouldn't have known I got one!I think that is where I'll get all of my shots..Amazing.I got one some where else..my arm was soo sore.And besides the store is easy for me to get in and out of .thank you!

The shelves are depleted of medicine and vitamins. The herbal supplements are scattered on four different shelves so they're impossible to find. My advice is just to go to Walgreens which is across the street

Love the employees. They're super nice and helpful. Wait times at the drive thru are awful. I am a single mom and do not want to take my kids into the store during this pandemic. They should start testing for covid inside of the building.

Horribly disorganized. Extremely long wait. Do yourself a favor and go to Giant Eagle Salem. Better pharmacy and cheaper. Plus you can pick up groceries if you need them. UPDATE: I am going without my diabetic medicines for 5 days due to the pharmacist screw up! I should have listened to my own advice and gone to the best pharmacy in salem, GIANT EAGLE. THEY ARE THE BEST. I am praying that I dont end up in a DIABETIC COMA DUE TO RITE AIDS MISTAKE!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! I am going back to Giant Eagle tomorrow.

They kept giving me different brands of birth control and told me mine was discontinued and I went to my obgyn and she said that my prescription was never discontinued and I have been sick not being on a steady birth control and the pharmaceutical techs were giving me a different prescription every month and I was told to keep taking it and that I would get use to the birth control and I would get a different brand every month and would be sick all over again I never spoke to a pharmacist and neither did any of the techs I have been throwing up and I have had major headaches and my emotions have been everywhere and I have not been able to eat because of how heavy the nausea has been for me and I went to Walmart to pick up the one that was claimed to be discontinued and they had it for me in an hour because Rite aid didn’t have it ready for me when my obgyn called it to get it today so I could get back on track and I had to hope that Walmart had the prescription so I wouldn’t be without and I didn’t even get a call saying i wouldn’t get it till tomorrow the techs are too young to be making calls that a pharmacist should make and none of the techs are pleasant at all I won’t ever trust a Rite aid to handle my prescriptions ever again
