Delivery guys are helpful and super nice, however a certain female staff member that answers the phone is very rude, not helpful, baby talks you the entire time, don't care to listen to what your saying at all and ended up messing up the order, finally got it right the third time around on the phone, all for the bedroom set to go back when delivered because it was used when we wanted new. 4 stars to the delivery guys, 0 stars for sales women, 0 stars for no product. I'm sure it could have been a better experience but that's what happens when you have the wrong people with attitudes and who dont want to listen involved.

I went to rent 2 own for my first new bed and they could not have been more helpful. They explained in depth the options for purchase and they didn't try to oversell any of their products. They truly care about your needs and what works best for you.

5 stars for rent to owns delivery! Both guys were very respectful and friendly and got everything up the stairs and into my apartment in a timely manner ☺️ I’ll be staying with rent to own for awhile!

I’m not one to write many reviews but this place is a wreck. I have been waiting a long while for my bed set first they said they didn’t have my number so they couldn’t call me when my bedroom set was in, so we got that taken care of and then finally scheduled delivery and the bed set they brought in wasn’t even remotely what I ordered, I let them know so they didn’t build it. I have no idea what is even going on anymore. The delivery guys were awesome though I give them that! They left the mattress so I have no idea what my bi weekly payment is when I don’t even have a bed set. I have a mattress only and the mattress has stains on it which was supposed to be brand new. I am off to looking at big lots for a bedroom set now.

Blake and Noah did amazing with delivering our sectional and tv stand. I was very impressed with how fast and and gentle they were in the process. I was concerned that the items would not fit through the door way but they reassured me that it would be okay and everything would fit. THEY WERE GREAT!

The guys were great very polite and came to the side door check the outlet to see what plug I needed for my stove and then they brought the stove in to my house they were very careful on the walls to not scrape anything I would greatly appreciate yo recommend rent 2 own for anything .

I would love to give a positive review about this place but my goodness theyre worse than rent a center or aarons! they call all the time. i told them i couldnt make a payment because i dont have any income coming in for a couple of weeks because i was out of work for my gallbladder removal. i have repeatedly told them the same thing and they offer zero wiggle room and still call for money. i literally texted them back and said i have $45 TO MY NAME til i get paid on the 19th and told them if they need that $45 that bad and to leave me with $10 past due then do such and minutes later, they sure took it... i just needed about a week to get income back again. i have also asked for the pay off balance a few times just to get these payments over with even if i have to do a small loan and never got an answer about that either. absolutely NEVER again.

This company is FANTASTIC!!! Adam and his team are the best!!!! I purchased a refrigerator and the fellas were great!! They took care of everything and were just the sweetest too! I also purchased a beautiful stove a year ago and it works great! Great customer service and terms were very, very good! I'll be back again and again!!

100/10 Recommend coming here for anything you may need! From the sales floor to delivery, the staff at Rent-2-Own are incredible! The sales associates who helped me pick out my dryer were great and the delivery staff, Noah and Blake, did excellent putting my new dryer in. Thank you for your hard work I love renting from y'all!

Rent to own is a very well established place of business with awesome employees who take your call with extreme respect and are willing to listen to your calls and questions. They are properly priced and their products are very good I got a TV from rent to own and I love it. They in my opinion out rank Aarons and Rent a Center by 110 percent. I see myself receiving more items from rent to own in the future.

Folks at this store are very kind, and very helpful! I was renting a sectional that was awesome, but after getting settled into our new home, realized it was a little too big for our living room lol so we swapped for a different set, which we adore! Noah and Blake delivered another set for us quickly and efficiently and were very friendly:) two thumbs WAY up! 👍👍

Everyone was so nice and helpful! They were able to get everything here quickly and had everything set up so quick! The delivery guys were extremely nice and kind. They also were very respectful of our home making sure that they weren’t tracking mud in. We will definitely use rent 2 own again!

Delivery was on time,the guys came in set it up and was very nice. The members in the store also very nice, helpful and informative. Adam, the store manager was awesome and very helpful helping us get our merchandise and getting us on our way with no hassle! I strongly refer renting from them over other rent to own stores in the area. They also have a lot bigger selection and can get it if they don't have it in stock, if available! 5 Stars!!

When I walked into the store, I wasn't sure what to expect, because the sign said we rent almost anything. So I went in and started to look around and I noticed they had very nice furniture and appliances. The prices seemed to be pretty good, compared to their competitors. I asked a few questions and I noticed that I did not feel pressured to buy anything. Usually when you walk into a rental store the first thing out of their mouths is What can we rent you today? Adam at Rent-2-Own did not do that to me at all. He did however answer all the questions I had in a very friendly way.I wanted to get myself an EZ chair or recliner and he showed me what he had in stock and what he could get for me within a short period of time. He at no time showed any pressure salesmanship. That made me feel very good, like this store might really care about it's customers, not just making a buck. I ended up getting a chair that they had in stock. He asked me when it was good for me to deliver it, not telling me when they were going to deliver it, like the others do. We decided a date that worked for me. I paid a low payment, which i believe we are all looking for, a good deal.When it came to the delivery date, the men that delivered it were on time and very professional, but very kind at the same time. They brought in the chair and because of my health, they moved the old one for me as well. I couldn't of asked for any better service from a company. The whole experience with Rent-2-own was painless and no pressure sales.Now that I've had the chair for a few weeks, I'm not sure if it is what I want. I like it, but I'm not sure if I really like it. When I got it home and with my other furniture it looked a little different than I thought it would. I called to ask a question not about the chair, but while we were talking the associate told me that I could come in and get another one. I thought they would not be to happy with me for not liking my chair. She told me that they had a new stock of chairs in now and just to come by and see if I liked any of them. She said she wouldn't be happy until I was happy with my purchase from them. I am going to go tomorrow.I just want to say I feel that if they keep up the service that they've shown me alone, I think their store will thrive and be around a long time in Salem

Fabulous service! Delivery was 6 minutes early and they are very nice people. If you have a shorter washer and dryer hook up hose, they let you know what size(s) they need to install it and say we will be right back! And then they have the job finished! It's fast delivery, installation, and service!

I can't say THANK YOU enough to our delivery team yesterday! Not only did they make our delivery in a timely manner, they went above & beyond to take care of us! We were in the middle of moving in to our home at the time, & men who delivered helped us move our old dryer up the stairs AND helped switch the chord on our old dryer for us! Neither of these were related to why they were here, but they were kind enough to help us with both anyway! I could not be more satisfied. Thank you again!
